*** *** I I have a letter stating that they refuse to install the window that I had originally paid for as for my toe vehicle charging my battery, did they check to make sure that it does, no they didn't the owners manual states that my unit is equipped with and inverter, which it does not have when I contacted Chuck W***, he first told me that my battery was an inverterThe owners manual states that the battery is no more than a filter, millenniums printed wordsI would be happy to deal directly with the manufacturer, if they are willing to correct with wiring, which is a fire hazard and install the window that I paid in part of the $for and am willing to deliver my trailer to the manufacturerI personally don't feel that I should have to order safety devices if the manufacturer is installing components that has the potential of producing an unsafe environment, which did happen the first time I used the trailer, I had two people that were overcome with carbon monoxide and had to be rushed to the hospital

So the trailer has sold for 50kWhich equates to a loss of almost 30k for me, for no fault of my own.Millennium did advertise and sort the salebut that was due to your involvement only.I am not sure how to close this case, but would like other future customers to learn from these events.Should I post something on your forum? The company has stated this matter has been resolved now.

Millennium Trailers has built thousands of custom built trailer to customer's exact specifications since 1998. Mr. [redacted] ordered a very custom trailer in 2016 from Millennium Trailers which Initially was being manufactured by [redacted] Cargo..  Due to the length of time that it would take...

to build he decided to switch his order to another vendor of Millennium Trailers, which was [redacted], so he would receive his trailer by his deadline.  Changing his order to a different manufacturer standard  features, measurements, weights etc would not be identical as each manufacturer builds their trailers differently, which any reasonable person would expect.  Mr. [redacted]'s additional changes to the increase the height of his trailer to accommodate his camping totes in the loft area were also made as per his request. Our custom trailer process requires the customer to carefully review their order and blue print, then sign off on it before it is built, which was done by Mr. [redacted]. As stated on the contract no verbal instructions will be honored unless they are entered on the order and signed by both parties. It also states there are no returns or refunds on trailers. Mr. [redacted]'s trailer was delivered as ordered per his signed blueprint and estimate, inspected by him and an acceptance form was signed by him and given to the delivery driver. The delivery driver said the customer was extremely happy with the trailer at that time, but his wife was not.  Millennium Trailers has been marketing his trailer to secure a buyer at no charge to him. Millennium Trailers has presented 3 reasonable offers that Mr. [redacted] declined.  Millennium Trailers has ceased their marketing campaign to help sell Mr. [redacted]'s trailer. We also offered him an exclusive newsletter sent to our database of trailer customers of more than 50,000 customers, but he has declined. Customer's signed paperwork available upon request.

Mr [redacted] ordered a custom trailer from us.  When he picked up the trailer he signed a trailer acceptance form stating that he accepted the trailer after his inspection as well as signing the invoice and blueprint made to his specifications.  After getting home he realized he was unhappy...

with certain parts of the trailer and we offered to fix any issues that were on his order and he either did not get or were warranty items.   Mr. [redacted] refused to return the trailer to the factory so we were unable to perform any work.  The air conditioner and refrigerator are industry standard parts which function with 12v power.  Mr. [redacted]' tow vehicle provides that charge for the battery.  Mr. [redacted] did not want a full living quarters conversion and he ordered just the pieces he wanted.  He did not get the 12v power converter or alarms because he did not order them.  As per his request and resolution Mr. [redacted] can contact the factory at 1-574-522-2261.  We consulted with the factory while working with Mr. [redacted] and they will require him to return the trailer to the factory.
