We sent [redacted] twice the volume of phones she has orderedShe initially ordered two phones and an iPadShe chose the standard method of shipping (which does not come with a tracking code) and the items were then sent over seas to IrelandThe address she provided us was not a house but rather a delivery station which the town she resides in uses( [redacted] ) After we sent the items she claimed she did not receive any phones a month after she should of received the phonesWe took her word for it and send her more phones which then she claimed she receivedAfterwhich she claimed she did not receive her iPad which we did not have in stock anymore so we asked her if we can send a Samsung Galaxy Sinstead (worth twice as more at the time), she agreedThis time we added a tracking codeIn total we spend over $on [redacted] for the items and shipping to IrelandWe tried our best to help her, even though its not in our policy to cover lost shipped items, that she would have to deal with her postal station, however we send her numerous items and tried our best to help her regardlessAt the end she still wanted an iPad and claimed she would take it to court and do other various things to hurt our companies imageWe been dealing with her for months and tried our best to help her but seems she is keen on getting more free

After an 8/**/online purchase of a Samsung Galaxy Scell phone from SkyAffinity.com that turned out to be cloned and was returned on 10/*/2015, I filed a complaint first with *** and then with Revdex.com (ID ***) that each time seemed to be resolved when Sky Affinity agreed to refund my money but then didn'tI am completely frustrated and downright angry with Sky Affinity after I've given them all returned items and provided every piece of pertinent information they need more than once. Sky Affinity honors the agreement in Revdex.com settlement *** before I agree to settle this complaint plus they receive a low grade on Revdex.com
