Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:At no time was I told by either the current tenants or Faith Management Company that it was a sub-lease tenancyI was told that I would be taking the place of one of the current tenants (Her name is CJ) on the lease and would be staying there for the entire duration for the next leasing period of monthsAgain, there was no indication of any sort of sub-lease and the tenant application stated it was for a complete tenant ship and NOT a sub-lease tenant-ship.At no time did I "demand" to see Kelley C***, I requested to see herI did request to speak with someone else but I was told that ONLY she could help me (even though I could see plenty of other office workers around the corner of the front desk)I did not tell Kelley C [redacted] that I was not able to find a guarantor, as I in fact told her that I would be speaking with my father to ask him to be a guarantorAt NO time did I say I was "unsure" and I spoke with Kelley C [redacted] hours prior to her denying me tenant-shipWhich is a unrealistic and unreasonable time to give her a answer.Also I have received no forms of communication from her since she told me I was denied, so her statement saying that she has emailed me since is in direct conflict with the actual facts of the situation.I requested to see the Background Check as I was told twice by a young man at the front desk that the $that I paid was used on the background check that Faith Property Management uses when running the checkHowever a lady at their front desk (Faith has two secretary employees that I have been in contact with over the time I worked with Faith) told me that "They do not always run a background check on tenants", and if that is in fact the case and no background check was ever run then the refund of my $is wanted.Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:If that is in fact that case, then why did your front desk attendant state otherwise? Because that's not what I was told by him, and thus why I am wanting to have it refunded.Also if no credit check or background check was run (and because you are not only unwilling to provide either of those checks, you keep stating that they aren't required to be run), then that $was not spent

I am rejecting this response because: That apology is nothing but excuses and I asked for a hand written note from the owner the manager and the receptionist and have not received any of thatThey have not admitted their incompetence for making the same mistake times and wasting my time doing their job for themWhen the next Home owners meeting comes up I will stand up in front of everyone and express my feelings about this property management company and recommend we find a company that can do the jobThey don't work for free so why should I do their job for them for freeThere receptionist has obviously never been trained properly when she has the gall to call me rude for doing nothing except relaying the facts Since they have basically ignored my complaint I will be telling everyone I know what a terrible company they are and how they have handled my account thru the years although it probably means nothing to them because as I already know they don't care about anything except collecting their paycheck with the least amount of effort as possible at their jobs

To Whom It May Concern, RE: Revdex.com Complaint [redacted] In looking through the history of this account,...

I could see what has happened.  I could verify two years but we have changed our operating system two years ago and cannot confirm the additional allegations.  The code used in the operating system was the same as one other homeowner.  We have corrected the issue.  I apologize to Mr. [redacted], for the inconvenience this has caused him.  All late fees had been waived as well as any additional charges on the account. Attached to this email is Mr. [redacted] ledger showing a 0.00 balance.  Mike A[redacted] CAM, CMCAFaith Property ManagerDesignated Manager[redacted]
