Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The dealership has returned the vehicle to my home address without registration and without inspection , they got some reason marked the vehicle as "sold"The dealership has the paper shown in the picture in their files, this was supposed to be a trade in, they cannot say it was a trade in and then give back the old car and now we are stuck with the old and the new car , that was not what was agreed upon Regards, [redacted]

apology, gift cards, a phone number for the credit card company and an offer to assist me with writing a letter to the Credit bureau.  I have declined all offers.  All I want is my credit application which has all of my private data on it, either returned to me, or proof that it has been shredded.  Any business that deals with finances typically shreds your paperwork in front of you.  This was not done, and we immediately called the dealership from our car asking for our form to be mailed to us.  We continue to wait for it.
