On August ***, [redacted] signed up with our firm to work on modifying his mortgage, as a referral from another clientHe was years behind on his mortgage at that pointWell behind the allowable time for his lender to begin foreclosureBy his own admission he tried modifying several times on his ownHe didn't alert us about any liens or judgements other than the mortgage, as he told us there were none at that timeOn May ***, 2013@ 2:46pm [redacted] from Suntrust alerted us that the file was pending approval, but there were judgements on his title stopping the final approvalOne from Chase for $18,and another from HSBC Bank of Nevada for $At that point He was advised that he had to settle these judgements to get a final approvalAt that point he became unresponsive, not answering calls or letters until August ***, At that point he asked us to work out settlements on the judgements, so he could complete the modificationon August ***, We obtained a settlement offer from chase for $5,and from HSBC for $3, [redacted] was alerted, and told he needed to pay them ASAP as the bank was setting up to escalate foreclosure [redacted] told [redacted] that he would pay the judgements that dayHe never paid the judgements, and subsequently the bank placed a November [redacted] sale dateOn November ***, he met with our office attorney ***, and was alerted that his option was to allow the foreclosure or file for bankruptcy protection, to forestall the foreclosureUltimately, he decided to not act by neglecting to pay the judgements in a timely fashionNot getting back to us in a timely fashion, and ignoring legal adviceThe loss of his home is no ones fault but his ownThe bank may foreclose after months of nonpaymenthe was years behindHad he followed instruction his loan would have been modified per the bankIf he has any questions, he may contact our office council at ###-###-####Thank you

Sky Consultants employee Jared N [redacted] called me for almost two years trying to get my business After getting screwed by another company I finally gave in and hired him He got me a forbearance (temporary fix) "to buy him time to negotiate down my total loan amount owed" After the forbearance payments were over he told me I needed to give him more money in order for him to keep helping me because his job was to get me a deal and that was the deal he got me Being desperate with a family, I gave him another $on top of the initial $2,to get my total principal reduced on my loan He assured me this was no big deal to do Well, that was months ago and I have spoke to him time since then Everytime I call either no one answers or his "assistant" answers and tells me he is busy and he will call me back Which he never does Now I have to sign a remodification that I could have gotten on my ownSky Consultants stole $2,from me! They are preying on people who they know are desperate, and that is NOT right! Oh, and he also told me they were accredited by the Revdex.com It says on the Revdex.com site that they are not Just another LIE
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] I do not know who is writing the responses but it seems like multiple people are responded all who do not have knowledge of the situation in its entiretyI will state again that when I hired sky consultants [redacted] told me he would be capable of getting me a modification he was well aware of my situation, he knew how far behind I was on the mortgage, he was well aware that had stopped paying my credit cards so I would have extra cash incase I needed it for the modificationThe further I investigate myself the more I find out that every company besides sky consultants does a title search on the property to make sure that when the bank is ready to move forward with the modification there are no hiccupsnever once did sky consultants even suggest itSo again yes Sky Consultants knew everything there was to know about my finances Now for the documents that where requested, how is it possible to give you a satisfaction letter when I received a settlement offer from one of the credit card companies ONE WEEK befor the foreclosure sale and that settlement letter was sent to me by your office, that's right your office who I gave an additional $1,to help settle the credit card billsSo again I will state that who ever is responding to this does not have the knowledge of what is going onAs you use the anology of fighting a war it is difficult to stomach this was when you are taking it so lightly the fact that you are to blame for me losing my homesky consultants did nothing but play secretary and handle as little amount of paperwork as they couldsky consultants was hoping for an easy pay day like all there other cases but when they actually had to do work they did not know what to do so they blame me Sky Consultants again wants to bring up that I went against the advice of an attorney and that this all could have been avoided, so again I will state that one the attorney that was recommended to me was an attorney that sky consultants is affiliated with, and now I feel as if I was strong armed into giving more money upTwo the attorney Bruce told me at 5:PM to come to his office with $3,so he could claim bankruptcy for me( what average person has $3,sitting in there house)no banks where open I could not get the moneyand three the foreclosure sale was the next day at 9:AM never would the paperwork have been filed befor the foreclosure sale I got your number from one person and one person only whom which you got a modification for and it went through with out a hitch Im not debating that because that one was easy and sky consultants didn't have to do much I will state again there was a law that was passed that no money should exchange hands until the modification is complete because of companies like Sky Consultants In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] *
