I am rejecting this response because:Almost everything [redacted] wrote in his statement is a lie. first of all I did not say that the machine was not paying me the right amount of money. What I said was the machine was not calculating the amount of money I put in the machine and I did not have $3.00 credit on the machine when I put in another $20.00 dollar bill or I would have played it down to 0 before I added another $20.00 dollar bill. I believe. I am still trying to understand how he thinks I had $3.00  credit but I know he is trying to justify why my credits were as he thinks they were by saying there was 3 dollars on the machine to justify why the credits were as is. Its all a lie. The machine I was playing WAS NOT a multi-denomination machine as he says. well it was but only a dollar to a two dollar bet which  when played you could bet 1,2,3 or 4 dollars and not a .25, .50, 1.00, 2.00 and 4.00 If, in the so called pictures if it shows a .25 or .50 than they moved another machine into the high stakes room to justify their lie. And another point I would like to point out is if in their photos why wasn't I included in their photos if that was the correct machine they say I was playing and why didn't a slot manager come and talk with me when I was still in the casino for over 2 hours waiting for someone to talk with me. This guy that helped me was just a floor technician I believe as he told me his slot manager after he found him was in a meeting and I left the casino without talking to anyone and after two days of calling why didn't a manager from the casino bother to call me and discuss this issue with me. It might have all been settled at the time of the incident if the casino would have bothered to come and look and see that the machine was calculating my money INCORRECTLY. [redacted] had to open up the machine to look at the credits which INSIDE the machine (when he opened it up) it did say I had 18 credits, according to Anthony. I didn't look, I believed him, but it showed on the screen 11 credits after I hit the button one time so I catch him in another lie because even if as [redacted] says the machine was a multi-denomination machine as he claims the credits he so called claimed I had does not add up. think about it  I DID NOT HAVE 3.00 CREDIT ON THE MACHINE AS HE CLAIMS, even if I had and put in the 20.00 bill yes it would have added up to 23.00. ok I hit the button once and it showed 11 credits  no matter what denomination the machine was it showed 11 credits. That does not add up in my book. He also lied when he said he put in $5.00 and showed me how the denomination works. I know how the denomination works. I am 53 years old and have been gambling since I was 30. I don't care how much money I was gambling. I was playing $1, $2, $3, $4 switching back and forth and if you think about it , it doesn't matter the amount of money I was gambling. when you put $20.00 into a machine   say its a dollar machine  you are going to get 20 credits right. right if you put $20.00 in a 2.00 machine your still going to get 20 credits until you decide which dollar amount you are going to play right. so say I decided to play the 2.00 credit which when you hit the spin button its going to subtract 2.00 or 4 dollars which equals 18 or 16. am I correct or not ? if its a $1 or $2 its going to subtract to 19 or 18 am I correct. so you tell me how no matter what the dollar amount is after you hit the button one time the amount on the credit display showed 11. now you tell me how that adds up. yes, the machine was ripping me off I don't care how you look at it or the dollar denomination after you insert $20 dollars it adds up to 11. the machine was one line at $1 or play $2 which adds up to $2 or $4. the machine was not a .25, .50, 1.00 or 2.00 machine. Lets look at the camera where I am in the photo and lets see the machine I was really playing. once I see this and you prove to me your lie of the machine was that kind of denomination than and only than will I believe Anthony's story.so [redacted] says that the machine will not display the 11.50, well if the machine was a multi-denomination machine as he says it was than yes it would display the 11.50 in quarters because when you play 20 dollars at $1 you get 20 credits, .50 than your credits go to 40 credits and if its a quarter machine your credits go  to 80 credits. am I right or am I right. the only way it wouldn't show the 50 cent credit would be if it was a dollar machine and how would I get the 50 cent to show if it was a dollar machine to 2 dollar machine to begin with. which it was. this is such bt him trying to say it was a .25/ .50/ 1.00/2.00 machine (THAN IT WOULD SHOW THE >%) AND I CATCH GHIM IN ANOTHER LIE) AMI CORRECT OR NOT ???   it was a one line machine  max bet 2.00or 4.00  plain and simple.   have the casino send you the video of me in the video playing the machine. I bet they cant find it. I have lost a lot of money in their casino and I have won a lot of money. what makes me angry is the fact that I was getting ripped off after I finally noticed that their machine DID NOT calculate my 20.00 correctly and It makes me wonder how many of my 20.00 dollar bills did it not correctly add up when I went through 500.00 in a matter of 2 hours. I do not like the fact that they say I am lying, the fact that no one in that casino bothered to come and resolve this matter with me, the fact that no one bothered to call and talk with me after the incident and the fact that this [redacted] is lying to cover their as. Plain and simple.I am trying to explain this so I am understood, if for some reason you do not understand what I am trying to tell or explain in this letter.  Gambling is a risk and if you cant afford to lose money than you have no business being in the casino. It is for entertainment purposes and no other but a bonus if you win. but when the machine is ripping you off this I will not tolerateThis is my honest and most accurate description of what happened, I apologize if the way I explain it is not coming over clear in an easy manner to understand.Thank you[redacted]
