the phone a 5.0W purchased months ago, fried an SD CARD
shuts down when receiving calls
shuts down randomly throughout the day
customer service wants phone sent in to determine the extent of damage states it may take 10-business days after receiving iteffectivly making me wait about a month (after delivery times) I have to pay delivery costturning this $89.99$ into an expensive peice of junk
speaker phone is barely loud enough to hearand battery lasts less than a day
