Review: Sent a cargo shipment to the Philippines using there service but when the item arrived at the intended location many items where missing/stolen worth about $140. Filed a complaint to them and even sent pictures and cargo receipt for evidence. It took me more than three weeks with constant follow up for the outcome but they only guaranteed to just give me a discount the next time I will send again a cargo thru them. Meaning they did not do anything to follow up on the stolen goods. This happened last October 2014. But when last just week when I'm ready to send a shipment cargo they just make up stories that they will not accept my shipment since as they said the items are consumer goods which is a big lie. Now they don't answer my calls and don't even return voicemail. The name of the owner is [redacted]Desired Settlement: Refund of the worth of stolen goods and can be fined by the state for bad business practice in California.
