Cannot contact SkyCashUSA to pay off loan
I have been attempting for weeks now to contact SkyCashUSA to pay off a $300 loan I took out with them a very long time ago. The $90.00 charges I received are valid (I read my contract), BUT now that I can finally clear this debt, their customer service phone number, (888) 392-7215, is ALWAYS busy or disconnects after I attempt to call it. Emailing has also yielding no responses. I would very much like to pay this debt off and end the $90.00 in finance charges I've been paying for what seems like forever.

I also can not contact them, and the last time they contacted me was in 2021. Now they are taking multiple charges out in a week... which is against my contract, and I have paid them thousands of dollars for a $300 loan with no way of "paying off" the loan. I have filed a fraud claim against them.

This company is a predatory company taking advantage of people in hardships. I have paid them back a very large amount of money on a $300 loan.
I took out a $300 loan on 6/13/2019 with this company. In that time, I have paid them over $1100 dollars. I want my account to be considered paid in full. I will be contacting my bank to stop all payments and will be discussing options with an attorney. I don't want money back, I just want my account considered paid in full. You've made plenty of money off of me.

We called customer in regards to Revdex.com complaint on AGAIN on 03/04/2020. The call is going directly to voicemail. I have left a vm requesting call back. This was the 3rd time we attempt to call.

Sky Cash providing loan not in agreement with State of Ohio payday laws.
I received a loan from Sky Cash in July 2019 for $300. I have been paying $90 every two weeks through November 2019 totaling $1080. Sky Cash is stating my account is delinquent with monies owed. Per State if Ohio payday laws fees are not to exceed 10% of the loan balance monthly for a total loan term of 90 days. As the monies I have paid well exceed the total amount of the loan and fees which should have been charged, I am requesting my loan show as paid in full with a refund of the amount over paid.
Upon attempting to communicate with Sky Cash, my phone calls are disconnected without being able to speak with a representative.

Desired Outcome

Refund of over paid amount to Sky Cash and closing of account as paid in full.

As stated on customer's signed loan agreement, loan does not pay down unless customer calls in to either schedule a full loan payment or schedule a larger payment over the finance e charge. Otherwise loan continues to refinance automatically. This is not an installment loan. Out of courtesy we also explain this verbally at the end of every call of an approved loan.

Our phone lines have also not been busy, im not sure why you have no been able to speak with someone but we will look into this.

Also, please be advise we do have a customer service email which you may email to schedule these payments.

We do apologize for any misunderstanding there may have been. The best thing we can offer is to close out your loan as paid in full.

I spoke with *** on 01/27/2020. She was unable to address the illegal loan under the laws of the State of Ohio and referred me to their legal department via email. The email she provided was ***@skygroupusa.com. I have emailed them requesting a refund of $618 with no response. I have attempted to recontact *** twice on 01/28/2020 and an additional email sent on 01/28/2020. Each representative I speak with states *** is in a meeting and I need to call back. I accept the closing of the loan. However, a refund is owed to me due to the loan not abiding by House Bill 123 in the State of Ohio which states the following.
The annual percentage rate for loans is capped at 28%. The the loan must be for at least 91days. Fees cannot exceed 10% of the amount financed.
The annual percentage rate for the Sky Cash loan was 3650% with fees of $90 charged every two weeks.
This loan is not legal and others should be aware of their practices.

Customer did call in twice as per the notes I have left on my desk. However, I was not available when she called in. I have already advised to her I do not deal with any legal matters as that is a completely different dept. She insisted on me contacting the legal dept on her behalf, which I have already done so along with forwarding her email and advised for them to provide her a response.

I took a Payday loan out for $300.00 a finance charge of 90.00. I have now been charged $90.00 nine times automatically taken out of my account.
I was told I signed an agreement that $90 would only pay the finance fee so I would never pay the loan off just keep pushing that back. Who would ever agree to that. Seems like a scam. I called them to stop taking the money out of my account and I was told if I did not pay the $390.00 collections would be calling me. I paid 810.00.

Desired Outcome

Refund me the money that you have deducted from my bank account.

Good afternoon we have called cx however there was no answer. I left a voicemail explaining reason for the call.

Please be advised that we do have a signed loan agreement signed by the customer which does explains how repayment works. We also explain it to every customer at the end of every approval out of courtesy as we do understand most customers do not read agreement, only sign them.

This cx never contacted us, we contacted her directly to offer her a settlement offer which is something we do for customers who have a good standing account with us, to close her account.

We called her on 10/18/2019, 10/23/2019, and 11/08/2019. We did not successfully get in contact with this cx.

She then called in on 11/26/2019 to be remove from auto payments and she was indeed removed as per her request.

The email she was sent which she posted here on 12/11/2019 is auto emails sent to past due account.

We have left a voicemail requesting a call back from cx so we can come to a mutual agreement on her account.

Received a call back from this cx. She stated she wanted us to reimburse her $420 she over paid. She stated that all pay day loans she has it pays down loan not only interest. I advised cx that would be considered a personal, however this is a payday loan and as per her contract it does not pay down unless he calls in to either schedule full loan payment or schedule a larger payment.

I advised cx the best thing I can do is contact the finance department to see if there is anything we would be able to reimburse and that I could close out her loan as paid in full and she was happy about that. Will follow up with her when I receive a response from the finance department.

I took out a loan for $200 and was told I only had to pay back $260.00. I LATER found out that I am billed $60.00 every 2 weeks and those are NOT installments like it appeared to me originally. I have now paid over $700.00. I tried to contact someone as this $700 payment for a $260.00 loan should be satisfied. All I was told was to read my contract but the original contract I signed was not clear. I have told my bank to block all further withdrawals from my account.

Desired Outcome

I would like my account balance to be satisfied as I have paid 3x the original amount I was told.

We contacted Ms. on 12/23/2019 to try to come to a mutual agreement. A voicemail was left as she did not pick up. We have not received a call back.

Called customer in regards to the Revdex.com complaint. I have closed this cx account out as paid in full in resolution to complaint.

Im not sure when Ms. called in however based on our system we do not have any calls from her. We do know that on 12/23/2019 I personally called her after one of our agents spoke to her and refused to settle her account. I also called again 01/06/2020, 01/08/2020 and today 01/13/2020.

Predatory lender. Borrowed 300, and so far paid over 600 with principle balance still at 300. It's never ending and when you try to pay down they make you jump through hoops. They know you'll give up trying and they will just keep collecting Weekly fees for the rest of your life.

I've been charged way too much for a $200 loan!
I received this loan on January 15, 2019 of $200 and the agreement was to pay back $260. I am still paying on this loan! My account is debited every two weeks for $60! My loan should definitely be paid in FULL! This is ridiculous! This is robbery! I want to stop ACH Authorization, but I am afraid that money will continue to be taken out of my account every two weeks! They do not respond to emails, but can send emails about payment reminders! I am seriously thinking about closing my account because I cannot afford for those $60 to come out of my account every two weeks! May even consider getting a lawyer because this has to be illegal! I hate that I ever applied for this loan before reading the reviews!

I wish for my account to stop be debited every two weeks and loan is settled because I have paid well over $260!

Good morning, It was advised on the loan agreement in which you signed that you must call in at least 2 to 3 days prior to your due date which is also your pay date to either schedule a full loan payment or larger payment. This is NOT an installment loan, this is a pay day loan. Therefore every two weeks you do have a new interest charged based on your principal owed.

Our emailing system has been down for months. Please be advised that the emails our customers are receiving are automated emails. If you reply to them, we will not receive the email.

Also, once a customer has asked for ACH to stop, we stop withdrawing money, we do not continue to take money towards the account. As of now we have removed you from ACH.

We will be contacting you shortly to come to a solution to this issue.

I spoke with someone by the name of Addy on 10/15/2019 and she informed that my loan would be closed and status change to paid in full. I am satisfied with the outcome!

Fraudulent buisness practice
Company revised loan agreement after I accepted terms and verbally verified information by phone. The revision to the agreement states that if I revoke my ACH they will issue checks from my account on my behalf to satisfy the loan and that this practice cannot be revoked. The original loan agreement that I signed was missing this information, and it wasn't apparent to me until after I verbally verified my information and accepted the loan offer via a phone call. The company also tries to automatically refinance to load instead of taking the full balance which is deceptive

Desired Outcome

I do not want to have any checks issued on my behalf to satisfy the balance of the loan. I offered to send a money order and if that is not good enough they should have to take me to court like other lenders wood not force my hand by writing checks with my account information that I didn't authorize

Good morning, please advised that once a cxis removed from auto extension, we do NOT process any payments for that cx not write any checks issued on cx behalf.

Cx was approved for a loan with us on 07/24/2019 where a loan agreement is electronically signed by the cx. Once a loan agreement is signed we do not revise it or make any changes to the agreement. Later on in the afternoon on the same day cx did call in regards to this concern and we assured him that we do NOT process any automatic payments once a cx is removed from auto extension.

On 07/25/2019, cx called in regards to the same concern and to schedule for us to process a full loan payment on his acct.

On 07/29/2019, cx called in to be removed from auto extension therefore he was removed. And he also stated he would be mailing in a money order therefore we cancelled the full loan payment he originally scheduled on 07/25/2019. We also provided cx with our address to mail in money order.

Please rest assure that we DO NOT issue any checks on behalf of cx's to satisfy any loan balance as we follow a protocol for any and every unpaid loan. We do not force any checks with cx information.

We apologize for any misunderstanding.

Tried multiple times to call and e-mail with no response. Want to get my loan paid off, but never get a response. They keep taking only fee.
I've called multiple times and the line is always busy. I've e-mailed them as stated on their e-mails and website to e-mail for assistance or questions. I'm trying to pay this loan off and want to request an additional amount to be taken off. But I never get a response and they only take out the $90 per pay interest fee and never get a response from them. This has been going where i've tried to contact for about 2 months. I could of had this loan already paid. But I can't pay it off because there website does not allow me to make an additional payment. It's says call 3 days prior to them deducting my account and i've called 5 days and never get an someone to speak to or at least an automated system. I've e-mailed numerous times and I have since have gotten no response. I'm to the point where i'm going to tell my bank to put a stop payment, but that will cost me additional money and i'm sure they will attempt to deduct funds more than once. I will be contacting a lawyer very soon.

I've tried to have this account taken care of for about 2 months and more. The loan was only for $300 and they have already taken in the more than two months that i've tried to get this taken care of $450. Because of no response or any way of reaching them, i want my account paid in full. I tried my due diligence to get this account paid off, but with no way of reaching the other party. I have all e-mail send to them. If they don't want to make my account paid in full, i will be contacting a lawyer.

Unable to payoff loan has phone number for business is no longer working however company is still withdrawing money from my account.
Agreed to finance charge on payday loan but also agree I could payoff loan at any time. Finance charges have continued. I am not able to get hold of the company to pay off 300 dollar loan yet they continue to withdraw a $90 dollar finance charge. Phone number is now not valid/working. I have emailed the company with no response. Interest rate of +900% and no opportunity to communicate with company. They also have no Revdex.com Accreditation. I expect withdraws to stop and full refund credited to my account or by check.

We received a complaint from the Revdex.com for this customer today 03/04/2019. I have called customer in regards to complaint placed on 02/11/2019 because our number was not working and he wanted a refund. I advised customer we had internal issues the 11th and half day on the 12th of February which is why he could not get through. His account was showing past due $425 due to him disputing 5 ACH payments with his bank however he made a payment using a DC/CC on 02/15/2018 for full balance of $545 therefore I am closing loan off and advised we could not reimburse him any funds due to his bank disputes. Customer understood there is nothing to reimburse due to disputes and was okay with that. Loan is now closed.

I paid the loan in full however they said that that specific payment did not go through in order to show some benefit to me. They then addressed it as a refund which it was not. It was my payment. They have used two stories. Their phones were not working and they moved offices. This is extremely disappointing, and I expect some sort of refund.

We spoke with this customer on 03/04/2019 and before disconnecting the call he advised he understood what we explained to him.

We had recently moved office locations and our phone lines were down for one day which was the 11th of February 2019 and half day on the 12th of February which is why we could not get through.

This was explained to Mr..

As far as his account, this customer obtained a pay day loan from us for $300.00. As per his agreement which he signed electronically it stated he must call in 2-3 days prior to his due date to schedule a loan payoff or schedule a larger payment over his interest. Customer made his payments of only interest to refinance his loan. Until 01/22/2019 he called in to schedule a payment of $120.00 to be withdrawn on 01/31/2019. He then called in on the 01/24/2019 to cancel the payment of $120 and schedule a full loan payment of $390 for 01/31/2019. He then called in on 01/30/2019 to cancel that full loan payment and for us to process only the interest. His next due date was 02/15/2019 which we would have had to process $90 for however on 02/15/2019 he called and paid off his loan along with all the late fees of $545 using a credit/debit card being that on 02/14/2019 we received 5 disputed transactions from his bank stating he revoked his authorization for the last 5 payments. Therefore the system generated past due fees along with returned payment fees of $35 per returned item.

This was explained to Mr. and he advised he understood that unfortunately there is nothing for us to reimburse to him.

Took out loan on 3/20/2018 for $250. Don't believe their loan practices comply with NH loan laws and they have overcharged me $100's none towards loan
I took out a loan with skycashusa.com on 3/20/2018 for $250. Every two weeks they have been taking $75 dollars out of my bank account and none of this money goes towards the principle of the loan. I called they told me because I didn't call and ask them to take more they just continually take
the $75 without letting you know your loan will never be paid off (nothing paid goes towards principle) and I have paid $1075 so far to them for this $250 loan and still owe as of today (12/2/18) $388.46 and every day I don't give them another $75 dollars they are charging me $5 a day plus a $75 finance charge every two weeks. (one month is $300 in charges) Last payment they withdrew from my bank was $75 on 11/08. I called Friday 11/30/2018 asked how much I owed to pay off they gave me a amount of $376.11 but the amount keeps climbing every day and NH Law says that for these loans the max they can charge is 36% APR not %1368.75 they are charging me and their finance fee is $75 every two weeks and NH Law says finance charges are capped at $1.38 per $100 every two weeks meaning they have charged me far more than accepted by law.

1.) APR for payday loans in New Hampshire is capped at 36% and no lending company can charge more than that.
2.) Financial charges are also restricted to a minimum and should not exceed $1.38 for a $100 loan given for a period of two weeks. This refers to any of the following - processing fee, approval fees or the like.
3.) As for a repayment period, it should be no less than 7 days and not more than 31 days according to the state law of New Hampshire.

Desired Outcome

I would like my money refunded I have paid past the amount I owed per NH Law and the loan should considered paid off in full and account permanently closed, my information deleted from their system and to never be contacted again. In response to the complaint received we would like to apologize for any inconvenience or any miscommunication on our loans repayment process. As this is a loan payment, our loans are short term and run for only 2 weeks. Loans are automatically refinances if customer does not call or email in to schedule a full loan payment or a larger payment. This is explained to the customer at the end of every loan approval as it is protocol with our company. We formally verbally verify with customer that we have the correct address, email, phone number, etc. And at the end explain the repayment process to customers and it is also stated in the agreement customers sign which we have also attached to this response. Ms. has also had a previous loan with us early last year where she refinanced her loan 5 times and then scheduled for a full loan payoff on her 6th payment We have also extended payment holds for Ms. whenever needed to skip payments without inquiring late fees on her account throughout her loan history with us.

Being that Ms. has been a good standing customer with us we will be reaching out to her regarding this complaint to come to a mutual agreement regarding her loan.

I just spoke to *** who told me she was the Supervisor from SKY CASH Loan she had just received my complaint, as it originally went to the corporate office. She called me from phone number XXX- XXX- XXXX. She directly over the phone offered to settle this complaint by, closing the account as paid in full along with a $300 reimbursement paid directly to me, by direct deposit into my checking account. I have accepted that offer, and as long as their end of the agreement is kept and I am reimbursed, this complaint has been settled. Thank you

I got a loan with them for 300$, they have been taking money out my account 90$ every 2 weeks for the last 3 to 4 months, they say because I didn't call and ask to take more they just continually take money without letting you know your loan will never be paid off
