Sky Harbor Airport Parking

Beginning January 4th, 2017, we closed off rows 3, & We planned on repaving these rows the 1st week of February and didn’t wan’t any new cars to park here By February 3rd, there were still half a dozen cars parked in the area, so we contacted the owners and informed them
their cars would be towed to another row On Monday, February 6th, we began the repaving process The company, Statewide Asphalt, completed the job on Thursday, February 9th Thursday was the day they painted the stripes and told us we could open up the parking, because the paint was dry It’s spray paint and according to the owner of Statewide Asphalt, the paint is dry within minutes The customer with the complaint parked on February 23rd That’s days after the job was completed I am not sure why there was confusion about cars being towed, but the customer wasn’t parked with us during the time we did the repaving, so their car was never towed Between the dates of February 9th, which is the day the job was completed and February 23rd, which is the day the customer parked, we parked 2,cars and since the 23rd, we have parked an additional 2,cars Not one other person complained about paint on their vehicle.We only did the painting the one day, which was February 9th We did not do any touch up painting It’s impossible that dried paint could have splattered on the customers car days after the paint was dried.I reached out to the customer, but they didn’t want to hear what I had to say and threatened to blast us on social media Sincerely,Brandi C***General Manager
