This company has done exactly what they said they were going to do. I know that doesn't sound like much however I worked with a lot of contractors in my day and I would for sure work with these guys again.

We have had our solar panels on our roof for a little over a year now and couldn't be happier with our decision. The team at Sky High Energy was very professional and our install was done in a very timely manner. Our neighbor has recently gone with Sky High Energy as well and are very pleased.

Review: Sky High energy put solar panels at my house. When doing it they destroyed my pool system. I had leaking 4 times now and they were called 4 times to fix it. Its now broken again and after multiple calls and emails they are not responding back.

I think they have got my money and dont care. This is one company people NEED to stay AWAY from if you are looking for solar.Desired Settlement: I want this to be completely fixed and if they cannot fix it by themselves they need to pay someone who knows about this to fix it.

Sky High Energy LLC installed an electrical PV solar system on Mr. [redacted] roof from 3/24/2014 until 3/26/2014 and the system had been connected by APS to the power grid on 5/15/2014. For the installation of the PV solar system, panels from the existing solar water heater system had to be moved to provide the roof space for the PV solar array. Mr. [redacted] claim that we had destroyed his pool system is not correct. During the time following the installation, Mr. [redacted] complained about leaks in the solar water heater system. Company employees went to Mr. [redacted] house to seal the water heater system. On December 10, 2015, two employees went to Mr. [redacted] home again to investigate the latest claim of a water leak. An initial investigation did not turn up that something was wrong with the system. Therefore, our employees asked the system to be turned on to be able to observe any leak and determine the location of any leak. However, we had not been permitted to turn on the system which did not allow us to determine the validity and any potential source of a leak. Therefore, we were not able to determine any leakage and were not able to determine a course of action. We are willing to resolve this issue with the customer but we have to be given the opportunity to determine any leakage and the appropriate course of action. We will contact Mr. [redacted] for an appointment for a site visit to determine any leakage and an appropriate course of action.

Very easy to work with, and did great work! I am very excited for my solar system to be turned on.

This company went out of their way to make our solar installation as smooth as possible. And when I decided, after everything was finalized, that I needed to make a change, they really put a lot of effort into making sure it happened. Very positive through the entire process. I can honestly say that I didn't expect the high caliber of people working through the whole process and I wish there were more businesses out there with the same attitude and level of professionalism. I looked into the components used in my solar installation and found the components to be of high grade. I was a difficult customer, I know I was, but they made me feel like I was a good customer. They could've done less and I would still be happy. Just maybe not review writing happy.

Dealing with this company seemed at first to be a good thing. But as time went on and I found it harder and harder to get responses from the employees of this company. I was forced to cancel my contract. I don't think I have ever dealt with such a shady company before. They promise the world in their slick sales pitch but do not have the means or the know how to back it up. The owners should be ashamed of themselves. I originally chose this company because of their Mormon values. Only to find out that their values stop at their pockets. Further, after contacting one of their suppliers I was advised that due to "funding issues" they were unable to ship product to Sky High Energy! What more needs to be said?

I got quotes from over 20 solar companies and Sky High Energy was the best value. I know most people don't have the time to spend getting 20 quotes so save yourself some time and contact Sky High Energy. Sky High Energy had the best price and shortest install timeline. My sales Rep, [redacted], was great and real knowledgeable. He listened to my objectives and designed the solar system to match my goals and objectives and did not try to push me into a much larger system than I wanted. Sky High Energy also understands that utility company backlogs are the main reason for delays in getting the system installed and operational. So [redacted] logged into the utility company ([redacted]) website from my house the minute I signed the contract and we submitted the [redacted] solar application. I called [redacted] a month after signing the solar contract with Sky High Energy and [redacted] told me I was way ahead of the game since many solar companies don't bother to contact them until the system is installed and then those customer have long delays until they get utility approval to operate the system. My Solar system was installed on schedule and [redacted] provided permission to operate within two weeks of installation so my system was operating ahead of schedule. I am real happy with my solar system and everything Sky High Energy did to help get it operational in a timely manner. Sky High Energy even painted the conduit to match the home stucco color since my homeowners association required that. Sky High Energy also had a simple two page contract while most other companies had long and complicated contracts with all kinds of legal mumbo jumbo.
