I am rejecting this response because:
Per Sky managements own testimony they violated (once again) the landlord tenant lawThey cannot terminate a contract "immediately" without giving proper notice and would be in direct violation of our lease agreement which does not end till March 31, I have never received anything stating they terminated our contract "immediately" nor do they have proper cause too as I have complied with all entities of the contract and just because they are unhappy that I utilized my constitutional right and posted a *** review or that they are avoiding "a train" most likely a personal opinion based off a guilty conscious does not give legal cause nor should retaliation be acceptable behavior for a business. I am a single mother of three small children, a United States Naval Veteran, hold a Masters degree and records will provide evidently evidence to my character thus it is not I who is wrong in this matterI am however willing to work directly with the homeowner but bear in mind I will not have my legal rights violated by Sky Management for a third timeIn the best interest of all parties I do believe that the contract between Sky Management and the homeowner being terminated is a positive move and it appears both are happy with that action and my contract switching over directly to the homeowner would be acceptable and the homeowner and I have communicated and are on board with this avenue as well.

I am very sorry that this owner feels this way but the entire situation is not as she is telling it. I fear that this will have to play out in metro court. We cleaned the yard and cut the bushes. Sky-management has terminated the contract with the owner and resident immediately. I personally emailed the resident explaining that we turned on 100 of heaters this year and this was the only complain. That we either called or posted. That maybe one of my hard working maintenance men made a...

mistake. That I apologized if this was the case and I was sure it would never happen again. Within minutes she posted a [redacted] review that said something like. How do I know they did not put cameras in my shower. After 25 years in the business it has come very clear that some people can not be helped and it is better to get out of the way of the train.
Thank you Revdex.com for letting our client vent on a open forum but they will nothing further. The owner rented to this tenant and has been a go between and it is better they have a relationship that does not include us. thanks again. [redacted].

I am rejecting this response because:The intention of this complaint was to open a dialogue between Sky Management and myself.  I had attempted to communicate with them several times concerning this issue and had received no response.  I was (and am still) willing  to listen to any counteroffer and/or any request for additional documentation to validate my claim.  If my emails were not received, I would be happy to send a paper copy for their records.  If responses to my request were not received by me due to technological malfunctions, I would be happy to receive a paper copy at the address that Sky Management has on record for me.  I would like Sky Management to correct the record publicly for any inaccuracies that they believe I have made in this complaint, as it is important in this venue for both sides of the story to be heard.  I still am of the belief that this issue can be resolved between the two of us, provided that both parties continue to communicate and negotiate.
