Regarding complaint ID [redacted] .As spoken to the person who made a complaint to our salon; the owner have spoken to her on the phone resolving the issueAt first the customer wanted a refund of her $28, but that could not be done because we have a no refund policyIt has always been that way and it was made clear as well as on our signThe owner did tell the customer to come in because he does acknowledge the complaint made by the customer and was happy to give the customer a refund through giving her a free pedicure personally done by the owner himselfThe customer then agreed to it and the owner also gave her his cell phone number for her to contact him when she wanted to come in just incase if she couldn't reach him from the salon's numberThe customer also stated on the phone that the owner must make sure it is him who will be doing her pedicure next time she comes in and the owner fully understands thatThe owner was more than cooperative to the customer's complaint madeOther than not being able to give the $refund, the owner said he will refund her with another pedicure on which he would personally do to give her the best care that she should be given in the first placeThere may have been some miscommunication but in the end it was resolved since she agreed and took his cell number which indicated the owner that the customer was willing to accept his offer of the pedicure instead of the $refundAny further issues, please contact the owner.Thank you,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10772223, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I read the owners response and this is incorrectHe offered to redo the pedicure for me and I immediately told him that I was not comfortable and would not return to his establishment, everI also told him I felt unsafe there due to my experienceI did NOT accept his offer to come back to the salon and have him redo the pedicure himself, although he did offer thisI told him twice that I wanted a refundI want a refund for this horrible experience and will not accept anything else.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I spoke to the owner on the phone about the situation and he offered for me to come back into the salon and I refused this offer  and I let him know that that is not something I'm willing to do because I felt very unsafe when I was there.  I told him that I simply would like a refund of $28.  At times there appeared to be a language issue,  so I am not sure how much he understood although I repeated my response several times to him.

Review: Went to this establishment on 8-14-15 around 12:00 pm for a pedicure. Staff who began to perform pedicure was unprofessional and attempted to use utensils that had not been cleaned or sanitized and had been lying on the ground. I stopped her immediately and she reacted by getting very angry but going in the back and coming out with utensils but I was not sure if these were the same or one's that had been cleaned. She began pedicure and did not wear gloves and I asked her to please put gloves on and again she got upset. She did not complete pedicure and rushed me out of the chair, polish was not done as well. I felt pressured to pay for this service by 2 male staff and felt very scared because they were intimidating and began yelling in some Asian language. I paid for service on my atm card ($28) and felt very upset all day.

I called this business the next day and was told that "Della" was the person who gave me my pedicure and she advised me to call back on Monday. I called back on Monday and she got on the phone and said she would re-do the pedicure and I said no, I want my money back based on the unsanitary conditions of this salon and visible dirt on the floors. She refused and told me I could come Tuesday for another pedicure. I called Tuesday to confirm this and she changed her story, telling me I had to now pay again for this re-do pedicure. I informed her that I would immediately be contacting the Revdex.com and filing a complaint.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of $28.00, cost of the pedicure.
