Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: what they are saying is untrueI even took pictures the day it happened and wrote them on their Facebook and other social media accountsI also had my partner with me along with evidence that I Infact went there and had horrible serviceAnd my nails had looked like a preschooler did themThey already messed them up once while I was in the salon, and the lady fix them one time and messed them up again by touching them before they were dry so she had someone hired come in and fix them so I got them fixed three times in one day. I told them that I did not want to come back in and have them fix them for the fourth time because of all the terrible job that they had already doneThey had already cut my cuticles in four different places .which I noted in the pictures with the date that I had got it doneThe owner is lyingHe also said horrible things about me and called me money hungry along with other things and I had a witness next to me while they were on speaker the entire time.I asked for a refund after I had already gotten them fixed for times by them in one visitI was in there for double the time that the appointment should've been because the nail tech had messed them up twice on her own then called in a supervisor to fix them because she didn't know how toThey were very rude and vulgar and that is why I was angry because they will not refund meIf they were all about customer service they would know that the customer Is not happy and do something about itI have never had such a terrible experience beforeThe owner is a poor excuse for an owner and he should not be in business with how he's treated me and other people as well with the reviews on Google and everything else.they also have cameras in there so maybe they should watch their cameras back and know that I was in there that day

I received a $50.00 gift card for my Birthday in September and was waiting to use it. I just tried to call to see if they were open on New Years Day and find out they were closed??????? WTF. After reading their Facebook page, looks like they have been closed since November. HOW COULD THEY HAVE SOLD MY SON A GIFT CARD IN SEPTEMBER KNOWING THEY WERE CLOSING!!!! How Awful!!!!!

Due to the fact that she refused to come in, I was not able toconfirm if her nails were actually in the state that she had described nor confirm that she hadindeed paid for service in my salon. As a business owner, I want to make sure my customers arewell taken care of, but she would not allow me to personally look over her nails.While on the phone with the customer, I calmly explained that she should return to the salon sothat I can look over and redo her nails. However, she had only wanted a refund for the "poor''service, but I did not know who this woman was as she did not want to meet in person. Thereasons for abruptly ending the phone calls with the customer are because the use of wlgarlanguage and the aggressive nature of her words. As my wife and I tried to solve the problem in acivil manner, she aggressively demanded a refund and would only accept a refund.

Review: I have been going to Sky Nails for years and was very happy with them until my recent trip. When I was done with my nails, I was going to pay with my debit card but noticed a sign on their ATM machine saying "No service charge". Since I needed to get cash, I figured I would do it here. I put my card in and withdrew money. After completing the transaction, I realized I did not have enough for a tip. I put my card back in and withdrew more money. Later that night, I checked my bank statement and everything was fine. The next day when I checked it, I saw two service fees from Sky Nails of $2. Obviously from the previous day. I called the store, it took me 4-5 hours to even reach the manager and when I did, she tried to tell me it was a fee from my bank. Incorrect. I emailed her a copy of my bank statement and she said give her "a few days to look it over". I then looked on their yelp reviews and noticed someone else had this problem too. That is absolutely unbelievable to falsely advertise like that. And since it has happened before, that is an outright lie from the manager. I would never have used the ATM if there was a service charge. And to be charged twice because I was nice enough to give a tip is outrageous. I have still not heard back from the manager, I have called 5-6 times and am blown off by employees each time. It is not about the money at all. That is not right to lie to customers, as well as it is illegal to falsely advertise. I cannot imagine how many customers have been scammed by this and probably don't even notice the $2 fee tacked on a day later.Desired Settlement: I would like them to take down their sign saying no service charge.
