Only reason they got one star was because it can't go any lower*** service, rude employees, unwilling to make up for thier mistakesBy far the worst establishment I've ever been toI don't even comprehend how they can keep their doors open or sleep at nightEvery time I've walked in the door it has either been a headache or "comeback when your ready to buy"It started back in June when I first started lookingNo one wanted to answer any questions or anything unless I was ready to sign that dayI actually had one guy tell me "Come back when you're ready"Well needless to say they lost that deal because I got tired of dealing with them and went to Clearwater and bought one from *** ***, a far BETTER dealerNow the helmet issueOrdered a helmet last Thursday, it's been days nowYesterday and today I called them and they said it was there, both times it was wrongNo one bothered to check the order before I drove thereIf I want a refund I have to wait 5-business days before I can get it so I can't even order the correct one from *** and then wait ANOTHER week for deliveryThe parts guy was nice and tried to help but the damage has already been doneI still have to get a second helmet for my gf and don't want to go back thereHe said next time he would order it himself and make sure it's correct and would even give a discountThat's all fine and dandy but WHAT ABOUT THIS TIME!?!?
Follow up: After just leaving there from getting my refund, I will do everything in my power to dissuade anyone I know from ever going there againAll the nice talk about trying to correct what was wrong and talk to the employees responsible, the manager "Dave" was still unwilling to do what I asked, GIVE ME A CASH REFUNDAfter them sitting on MY money for over a week I now have to wait almost another week before I can have my money back***!!! I am a pissed off customer and if you read the reviews, I am not the only oneThey talked about how they've been making changes and trying to improve thier serviceIt's still just as *** up as it has always been!!! I will NEVER set foot back inside their doors again! I hope that someone who matters reads this and severely changes how they do business
