outlets including [redacted] and [redacted] our prices are set one year ahead of time but can change depending on occupancy.the second claim of their being bed bugs in the room. we at sky riders motels pride ourselves on our housekeeping and ensure all room are cleaned and inspected every time  a guest checks-out also we have commercial washers and dryers to ensure all guest linens are sanitized. we also have monthly pest control sprayings to prevent insects and bugs from entering the rooms the most recent spraying occurred on 08/10/2015 and the report states that no bugs were found on the property. the final claim made by MR [redacted] claiming he was given inacuarte receipts also has no base. we use a check inn system to track and record all of the guest payments and we provide all the receipts covering the duration of their stay.we here at sky riders motel pride ourselves in every aspect to ensure the guest has comfortable stay and our online reviews from many guest around the world reflects that we let our work speak for itself and we're truly disappointed it has come to this

Review: While residing at the sky rider motel located in Sacramento, ca 95822. I [redacted], had been paying a questionable amount of rates. While staying at the establishment a recent issue (bedbugs) occured. All my belongings including my families materials. On Thursday (8-13-2015) The issue was brought to the attention of the managering staff. We came to an agreement to resolve the situation. Simply by agreeing to try a method of washing the cloths/material in a industrial washer exceeding 120 degrees Fereinhight in attempt to kill the issue (bedbugs). If such Attempts were not successful we would try to work out the compensation. In which is leagally deserved. We tried washing the cloths twice as well as leave them in air tight garbage bags in order for the heat to kill the bugs. This was suggested by the manager [redacted]. We continued to pay the rates expected daily. Two days after we realized the process did not work and they were sure it would, we brought it back to they're attention. Around 9am (8-15-2015) they were informed of the unsuccessful attempt. I [redacted], went and paid for the room another night and simply asked for a receipt that shows all the days they I have paid individually. When I asked for them [redacted] insisted that I only wanted the receipts to cause trouble. That's not what they were asked for. His dad told me to come back in an hour and he would print them out. He only printed out two weeks worth of receipts and we had been there well over a month and a half. We have bank statements that show my card being used there that do not reflect receipts for that day in they're computer. I would like to resolve this issue accordingly and hopefully quickly. I thank you in advance for taking the time to review my argument.[redacted].Desired Settlement: Since I cannot place exact prices on everything that has been ruined, I would like to be reimbursed by refunding the money I have paid on such high rates for the time I've stayed there until I have departed.
