very professional, they work like a well oiled machine, nice job, I am very happy with all that was done. The clean up at the end of each day was very nice.

We chose Ace Construction to replace our roof and feel they delivered on their promise of a quality job using quality material. The work was done by a group of hard working guys and we now have a beautiful roof. I WILL recommend them to my friends.

I myself was surprised and shocked with the type of poor business Ace roofing operates with. Not wanting to take responsibility for their mistakes, causing customers to have to pay more money because Ace didn't do the job right the first time.

Review: I purchased a Keystone Bullet 284RLS from Sky River RV Inc., Pismo Beach, CA at the end of June 2013. The told me that they wouldn't go any lower than $28,500, we (my wife and I) both signed the contract. The following week they (Sky River) then advertised the RV (with our VIN number listed on it as sold for $24,900. I then called them on it and I received a response that it was a clerical error. At the time they offered me $300 in merchandise at their store. I wanted to know how they listed it for approximately $3,500 less than we paid and will not refund us part of it. I have never heard from them again, not even the offer of giving us store credit. I would like to receive at least a reasonable offer, or partial refund at least.Desired Settlement: A reasoable offer of some kind. I would like to hear from them with some kind of offer with an apology. Word travels fast!

Review: I was sold a 100,000 RV on $600/month Social Securrity income. My husband of 54 years passed away only six months prior to looking at the rv at a car fair at Madonna Inn. I was alone at the time and not intending to buy anything. I was still grieving over my loss and not in a state of mind to make rational decisions. I liked and trusted the salesman and allowed him to take me through the sales process and when he told me I qualified for a loan, I believed he was using the figures I had given him on a worksheet I had filled out. Instead, he filled out a credit application with fraudulent figures and obtained a loan using these figures in addition to other inaccurate information, such as not using my current residence and that I owned my house even though I was renting at the time. I have asked for a copy of the worksheet but they have refused to give me one. I trusted the salesman and so signed the documents without reading them. The worksheet will undeniably show that this business committed bank fraud in addition to financial elder abuse.I have never bought a new vehicle in my life and believe I was taken advantage of because of my grieving state of mind and believe I am a victim of financial elder abuse because the salesman and/or finance manager knew or should have known that selling a $100,000 vehicle to a 76 year old woman on $600 a month social security income would cause damage.Desired Settlement: I would like full restitution of monies spent in this transaction, including $12000 down payment, sales tax of $7883, an 84 month 75000 mile service contract for which I was charged $4832, vehicle license fee of $540, and registration fees of $80, for a total amount of $25,335.

Review: I paid a total of $1900 in increments to the dealer to be held as a partial down payment for atravel-trailer/2013/dutchmen-aerolite/253667.I was going to pay an additional $700, then they would finance the balance of about $24,300 with payments at 17% APR for 10 years at about $450 permonth. (An identical model is advertised at another dealer for $23,000). It would have cost me over $250 for them to install a brake kit on my pickup. I met with a salesman, told him I was being laid-off, did not have $950 to finish the deal and could not make monthly payments without a job. Since I had not taken possession of the "RV" and it was still on their sales lot, I requested a refund. The man actually laughed at me and said "this conversation is over". Another salesman said he had to call the owner to authorize any refunds. After I returned home, a salesman called and offered to re-write the contract to finance the $950. Since I don't know if I can find work or not, it would be sheer folly to take on a debt of this magnitude. The owner has not responded yet.I am prepared to give more detailed information, if requested.Desired Settlement: Refund $1900 to me because I never took possession of the "RV".
