Product not delivered due to production issues. Promised refund if needed. Agreed to refund. Still no reimbursement. I had been in direct contact with Sky Systems USA, specifically [redacted], regarding the [redacted]. This helmet was to be manufactured and delivered summer 2013. [redacted] and his staff assured me a refund would be available (months ago) if I decided to go that route. Employees also claimed that if I had my invoice ([redacted]), [redacted] reimbursement would be easier...I provided my invoice via email. It has now been over a month since our last contact and I have not received a reply regarding a refund. Before asking for a refund, I inquired about another product claimed to be in stock. I agreed to exchange. After a telephone conversation and email regarding the exchange, I asked for a price...no response. I called asking for a flat out refund as well as via email. Desired SettlementI would like a refund for the $397.27

I made a pre-order of a helmet. they never come out with final product. Rejected refund money.Disappeared.Not answering on emails or calls.On 08.25.2013 I made pre-order of Helmet C6Air and paid $358.00 USD to Sky Systems USA Inc. ([redacted]@skysystemsusa.com). After almost a year of waiting I have contacted them many times starting 7.17.2014, I have requested refund, I have even visited main office . Nobody was there. I spoke to [redacted] many times, at he beginning he was responding and coming up with excuses for delay, that final product is going to be out within few weeks or max a month, which is never happened. Then, he stopped picking up phone . I emailed them again, received answer from representative " [redacted] have forwarded this information to [redacted] for research and processing. He will contact you with any questions or to advise on the refund turnaround time.I also just wanted to throw this out there as a possible solution; Sky Systems USA has multiple helmets. Would [redacted] possibly be interested in transferring her credit to another helmet and/or any accessories?Regardless, thank you for being a customer; let us know if we can be of any further assistance.Sincerely,[redacted]Sky Systems USA, Inc."I have requested refund. Have call, left messages, faxed sent[redacted] message to [redacted] no response. to where the delivery stands for #[redacted] who works for [redacted] ordered 4 helmets in May and paid for them. They have not been delivered. to help here I have sent faxes ([redacted], emails [redacted], called [redacted] and [redacted] and left messages as well as face booked message to [redacted]er, asking for assistance. No answer back from any one. Pre payment was made on May 8th 2015 for invoice #[redacted] of $1181.00 /////Desired Settlement First I just wanted them to send the helments, or a refund if they were unable to send them. so rude not to respond in any fashion./////

I pre-ordered a ** helmet from syksystems in February 2014. It was never delivered. I was never refunded my money or given a helmet.I paid for a skysystems ** helmet through a pre-order promotion in February 2014. They kept promising the helmet but it was never produced and I was never given my money back or a replacement helmet./////Desired SettlementI would like my money back or at least a comparable helmet./////
