After weeks of complete silence regarding my shirt order, I decided to cancel; I left numerous msgs with no responseI still haven't heard anything

I messaged on the website May 11th and 19th, asking for ETA; no response
I messaged May 27th asking to cancel order
I also called weekly since May 11th, leaving multiple voicemails; no response
On June 1st, I even hit redial for an hour and no one answers
I finally received my shirts last week!! And they are NOT what I ordered; the colors are paleThey look pale and washed out; while the images he showed me were bright
I was charged for the shirts and I want a full refundI will not use these shirts to represent my personal training as they are NOT what I orderedThis company is horrible and should not be in business!!!!
Deer Track Design LLC sells custom apparelTheir web site allows you to create your own design for printing on their productsI created a design for printing on sling style sandals and placed an order for pair on 1/20/I later requested a change to the order by canceling one of the pairI received confirmation from the company that this was okOn 2/6/I received shipment of the pair of sandalsThe design was incomplete and the method used to apply the design was differentThe first pair appeared to be heat pressed which caused slight discoloration of the sandal materialOn the other two pair, the design was printed on a vinyl sticker and applied to the sandalsThis sticker was peeling off on all four sandals it was applied toI contacted the company with my concernI have emails from the owner admitting he never printed on this type of materialI questioned the difference in my design and he indicated that the web site design tool only overlays a graphic and doesn't
I ordered hats off of deer track designs and was sent a picture of one of the hats for approval upon approving the look of the hat I sent the money to them, and the hats were shipped to meWhen the hats were received I looked at each one of them or more were bad and did not meet my approval for selling to my customersI then contacted the owner of deer track designs by facebook message and told him about the issue and asked for my money backI sent a video of the hats that were bad and was told to send them back so he could destroy themThe hats were sent back but the money was never returnedI have contacted them via Facebook message as I have always done and the owner said that the money order was sent back right before Veterans DayI was also told not to contact him anymore via Facebook message form now on I was to call or email them since then I have called the business number and the owners personal number and left messages with no return responseI have also emailed the
