Complaint # [redacted] In response to SBC HydrographicsAfter reading your response to my complaintYou have made it clear that my statements are truthful just by the response you have made you really contradict yourselfYou start off by saying I was happy with your work, but go on to explain all these conflictsYou have contorted the truth to accommodate your storyThe fact is, I was never happy with your workAs I explained several times to youThis is a fact, and is clearly explained by yourself in your responseI was never advised of your warranty as you stated, this is a lie in fact I was so unhappy with the paint you applied to my fuel tank and fenders, I complained the minute, you said thay were finishedThe job looked rushed and inconsistent, meaning the paint had dull spots and orange peel where the paint was unevenly applied and not buffed smoothI complained about the old yellow paint that you said you would remove before painting and had not and just left itThere is missed spots were you can see the old yellow paintI complained about the uneven ripples where You ( [redacted] and Owner ***) said you would "smooth out the bondoe so the paint doesn't look like there's ripples in it"You didn't do this at all, you lied to me! So yes I made it very clear that I was unhappyLet alone the time frame was stretched out weeks longer than you said it would take to completeI paid you up front in cash out of my own money to complete this paint jobOnce you had my money in hand, you attitude changed to a attitude of, I am bothering you, and the job will be done when you say it is!!! Pretty rude and unprofessional I asked you ***, why you are doing such a bad job on my project, what makes you think it's OK to burn me this way? Your answer was " [redacted] " [redacted] became threating and hung up and would not answer or return my callsThis is why I had to take this route through the Revdex.comAnd this is why my friend had to go himself to pick up his partsYour a real Punk [redacted] and a CowardYou like to try to intimidated your customers with your gun strapped to you at workYou don't scare me!!!! I employed you and paid you up front to complete two projects and you FailedI am disappointed that I trusted you and paid you before the projects were doneYou took advantage of my generosityI would not recommend your work to anyoneMaybe you should stick to painting your e-cigarette cases because you can't even lay down a basic solid color paint on a Motorcycle, Basic one color ! Complaint #[redacted]  When dealing with the customer at the time the work was completed on his personal bike he was very happy.  He was also advised that the warranty period for our work is 2 years.  Which at any time if there is any issue with our work we will happily repair at our...

cost.  The customer never contacted us stating that there was an issue with the work we have completed. If he had contacted us we would have advised him to bring the damaged parts back and we would have repaired them at no out of pocket cost to him.  I request that he please provide a copy of the receipt as well as pictures of the damage.  At the same time we also performed work on another bike for him. This bike was a customers bike that he was doing insurance work for.  We completed those parts for him but it had taken a little more longer time than the original time quoted for the job.  He was aware that it was taking longer than expected  he was also informed that he would not be charged for the extra time needed on the parts.  At one time during the repairs the customer showed up at the shop and verbally attack my employee while he was working on the customers parts for his personal bike. When the parts were completed the manager [redacted] delivered the parts personally to the customers home. At that time he decided to verbally attack and get in the face of [redacted] like he was going get physical with him.  Once the situation had calmed down they proceeded to go over the parts. They found one imperfection at that time the manager told him he would bring it back to the shop and fix it. The customer agreed to those terms.  Later that afternoon he called the shop and proceeded to scream and curse the owner out over the phone.  He then called back two other times and spoke calmly with the employee. There was no further communication with the customer.  The owner of the second bike came to pick up their parts.  At one point the customer came to the shop to fax paperwork to the insurance company.  We believe he is committing insurance fraud do to the fact that the parts we repaired was a fender and tour pack.  The receipt he submitted to the insurance company says a fender, inner fairing, and outer fairing.  His complaint is also wrong he stats that the parts were completed on 8-18-15 and he stated that he contacted us on 8-19-15 which is also untrue.  Again we are willing to fix any issues with our work but the customer has not even attempted to contact us.

Mr. [redacted] is a pathological liar nothing that is coming out of his mouth is the truth. I don't even thinks he knows what the truth is. We will fix his paint on his bike for free that is all we are willing to do for him. He has had the bike for around 6 months with no contact about any problem with our work. If this man takes care of his bike like he works on them no wonder he has problems like I did after this shade tree mechanic who had a shop out his garage worked on my bike and charged me top dollar  for the repairs. After his repairs were completed I still needed to take my bike to a reputable shop due to the fact that my bike was worse than when it went to him. He is confused on the bikes his bike was a couple of days late His friend AKA his customer was at least a week late and his customer did come pick up his parts due to the fact that he was tired of dealing with this liar and crook. We will take care of any problem our customers would have with out a problem but they would have to communicate with us to let us know. MR [redacted] has never contacted us after he called me a thief.. This man MR [redacted] is a liar and committed insurance fraud that I can prove. After reviewing the pictures submitted by Mr. [redacted] we found that the issues he has a problem with are not completely due to our work. There is one issue we noticed with our work that we are more than willing to repair the problem at our cost to settle this problem. We are also willing to repair the other problems he is stating in the pictures. Again we are willing to fix all three pieces of the bike with no cost to Mr. [redacted].. We have and always will fix any problems with our work to make our customers satisfied
