Review: I called the represent [redacted] and his dad [redacted] that I was having problems with the supplies and to come and take it back I left a message that my family and me was getting a rash and allergy from the supplies and [redacted] said that I had to call the bank and tell them that I can not make the payments anymore I take yesterday 5/9/13 half of the stuff that I had and on the contract it states that I will not give a payment within 90 day and [redacted] said that I can do a bankruptcy so then they can remove it from my credit report Desired Settlement: For them to take the equipment back and remove the balance

Mr. [redacted] acquired a water purification system on March 07, 2013 which was installed on his property.The term allowed for cancellation of the purchase has expired and Sky Water never received notification of such request. Mr. [redacted] received as a gift a cookware set and soap set, both products have manufacturer's warranty. Regarding the soap, they do not contain phosphates or hazardous ingredients, as stated in its tag.These soaps have been sold for approximately 10 years in the US without any complaints. If Mr. [redacted] has any concerns, he could call the manufacturer at (XXX)XXX-XXXX. They have all authorizations needed.

I was never informed from a 3 day right to cancel, he actually told my family and us that we could cancel at anytime if we were not happy with the product at anytime. I actually went within the first week of receiving the product, and took everything back to their office. I no longer have the cookware set, or the soap. The office actually slammed the door in my face, and told me to leave. They refused to take the system back.

Now, if we look at the contract they explained that the first payment was suppose to be within 3 months of March. How, was I sent in collection within the first 2 months, when my payment was due in June? They did not hold their end, but i'm still responsible for their mistakes?

I took everything back, and I really want them to take care of this. They are responsible for the product. They sold us a lie. Their product does not work like they said, they made holes all over my house that I am now responsible for. The water system was never tested to make sure that everything was working fine, and they took the contract finalized it and never came back to complete the job.

I think I was treated with no respect. They slammed the door in my face for no reason. A professional establishment should not be treating their customers this way what so ever.

I really just want the debt cleared, and for them to take their non-working filter back. It takes up to my space, and I no longer want it at my house.

In regards to your cancellation period, you may find the three day right to cancel on the contract that you signed at the time of your purchase, on or about March 9th, 2013.

In regards to the return of your merchandise, the information you stated is incorrect. We received a visit from two ladies that came in your behalf. They barged in the office and left some of the soap and cookware that were gifted to you. At that time, we explained to them that they could not return the merchandise to us because that property belongs to them and the financing company but they insisted in leaving them. Then, they decided to call the police and after hearing both arguments the police decided to escort them out and not allow them to unload the merchandise. We have the products that were left available to pick up.

In addition, the dates of this event do not match with your description. Your wife collaborated in promoting our product during the month after the purchase. The visit to our offices occurred after this period. Therefore, your attempt to return the product happened at least one month after your purchase.

In regards to the payment due date, this was stated on your financing contract which was presented to you at the time of signing. Also, we verified your understanding of the terms of the contract via telephone. Initially, the representative offered you a 3 month-no-payment option but this was later changed to a lower purchase price.

The representative confirmed to have tested your water and that the system works properly.

At this time, we request that you honor your contract to avoid any additional charges from the financial institution that is assisting you with the purchase of your water system.

Review: Poor Service, Poor Practice, They do not meet their agreements and provide different equipment from purchase.

On 11/08/2013 Sky Water contacted us to perform a service call for maintenance. They have failed to deliver everything as far as committed since day one. Their main clients are Latinos- who typically don't submit complaints because they don't know the process. Any time you call, you get the run around, they are rude and they careless once they have managed to get the sell and install. I adviced my wife to not do any business with Sky water, that their service is poor, that I'm certain that they will fail to appear on the date of service...just like I said; they charged us ($180) for the service and did not appear. We attempted to call them multiple times and they don't know anything or the person who is in charge is not there. The first filter they brought was different from the one we agreed...good thing I cach it so then, after multiple attempts finally they sent someone to replace the filter with the correct filter. These scenarios are always the same- since day one. They avoid you in every way. They refuse to give you a refund after they failed to appear. Desired Settlement: Simply for this business to be audited. Simply asking for this business to perform the right practices and to meet their agreement. It's been a challenge for us to get what was offered but it was simply because we stayed on point, we followed up multiple times, we made them to give us the right product after they attempted to gives us something cheaper but we catch it.

Skywater has finally responded and repair/service what they missed and had originally refused to refund. They immidiately contacted us after getting a call from Revdex.com. They apologized for the lack of service and ownership and took immediate action. Skywater fixed and serviced what they had missed.

Review: Due to, what I believe, an inappropriate response to a request, I may have my water shut off because of their faulty system.

On 06/26/2013, I purchased a water purification system from Sky Water. I was told that it was the latest model they had. It was installed on 06/28/2013. On the day of installation, the technician was missing the digital portion of the water system. He explained that he used it on another installation but that it wouldn't have an effect on the purification system. He ordered the part over the phone that day in front of me. The part arrived a few days later and it was installed. Since the system was installed on 06/28/2013, the system had been spewing water out of the waste end. I thought this was normal as maybe the system was filling with water and was getting rid of the dirty water. I've never owned a system like this before. When the technician returned to install the missing piece, he didn't mention anything as far as the running water. At the next reading of our water meter, our usage had gone up to a drastic amount that the city shut our water off. They believed we had a major leak. Our water bill is $100 at its highest and this bill was $900. That night, my wife came home from work at the post office and couldn't shower because there was no water. After we told Aurora Water that we believed that it was due to our recently installed water purifier, they suggested we contact them and have the system inspected. We did and the technician explained that the digital part of the system was not working and that it had been stuck on "bypass." He installed a different digital head on the system which looks nothing like the original that had been installed. At this point, the question becomes whether I have their latest system installed now and had an older model installed previously or I now have an older model and I'm still paying for their latest model. I spoke to Aurora Water and they said that if I could get a report or receipt of service proving that the water usage was due to a faulty system, they could work with me as far as paying off my bill. I related this to the customer service rep, who's name I cannot recall, on several occasions and the company offered to pay me $400, which I had to negotiate from their original offer of $200. I accepted their offer on the condition that they provide the report so that I may pay the rest of the bill in time. They graciously sent the check for $400 but said they could not provide the letter because it would be a stain to their prestige. The representative's name who sold me the system is [redacted] I do not fault him for anything. In fact, he has shown concern and has called to check up on my situation. The technician who installed the system is [redacted] I do not fault him for anything either since it was the system that was faulty, not his installation. The last phone call I had with customer service was on 10/16/2013 when I was told that I would not be helped with my request for the letter. I was so angry that I hung up on the representative. If they are not able to provide me with the letter, then I request an additional $400 to help pay my bill. It has been difficult for me to communicate with them as they appear to only speak Spanish and my Spanish is not great. This may also be a source of my frustration.Desired Settlement: I request that the company pay for the over charge on my water bill. I will settle for $400.

I accept their response because I feel like they have covered my expenses due to their faulty system.

Review: I purchased a water filtration system. I tried to change the filter and I had some problems. I tried contacting the company and had no luck. I emailed and called.The phone number listed is disconnected. I tried searching for any updated info online and could not find them.

The account is being financed through [redacted] back. I called them to find out if they had any updated info and they have the same information as I do.

They said that I could dispute the charges / amount that I still owe. I plan to do that next week after I hear from Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of what I have paid.
