Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meAdditional Information: I notified them immediately (On Sunday August 30th) when they took $out of my account; They basically said that I had to "prove it" and wanted copies of my bank statements after the money posted;I finally received a credit to my account on 9-8-2016; That's days after I told them that they inadvertently charged my account; They could have 1) let me daughter in without charging her again OR issued a cash refund;I wont be back and I will be happy to tell me friends of the bad experienceI thank the Revdex.com for helping in getting my refund thank you [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Unfortunately, it appears the company was not even concerned enough to read the original complaint accuratelyThe "guest situation" did not occur on 3-It occurred on 3- I am dismayed that the company continues to take the stance that it hasWhile the passes may work with the majority of these types of instances, as stated in the original complaint it just does not work for our familyOur grandchildren live out of town and we just do not know when or even if we would be able to use the passesIt would seem if this company is truly "family-oriented" as they claim there would be more flexibility with these types of situationsI cannot imagine we are the first family that has had this challenge I am also concerned about this company's willingness to accept a signed waiver over the Internet but is so unwilling to take a signed waiver from a grandparent, in person, standing right in front of themI see the comment about checking a driver's licenseI'm confused as to how checking a driver's license number over the phone is a validation of guardianshipHad we had a signed waiver from the parents that day our grandchildren still would have been unable to jump as their parents were not accessible by phoneWe explained that to the company upon our arrival when they refused to let my grandchildren jumpMom was in the hospital which means she was inaccessible by phone and Dad was by her side How does the company verify that the person that signed the waiver over the Internet and provided the driver's license number is the actual parent/guardian of the jumper? How does the company verify that the driver's license number actually belongs to the person that signed the waiver? So, according to this business practice I could have signed the waiver over the Internet, provided my driver's license when we arrived and our grandchildren could have jumpedAll without me being the legal guardian! This is the business practice the company is standing on to keep my $42! Regards, [redacted]

This email is in response to a complaint submitted on 09/02/
I am the General Manger of Sky Zone Westlake and I personally spoke with the guest on 09/02/after which he then filed the complaint. We were having issues with our software provider during the time period he was
trying to purchase his tickets online. I explained the situation to the guest and refunded his $26.00. I am sorry that the overcharge happened, but it was unfortunately out of our control as it was an issue with our provider. We did our best to correct the situation as soon as possible and issued a full refund. I am available if there are any questions. Thank you

I just want to say that sky zone in Waukesha WI is HORRIBLE!!! Worst experience of my families livesWe went to sky zone on March 19, There is no age requirements, ok so we paid $for our year old to jump and enjoy herselfFirst of all they tell us oh well she can only go in here and jump and jump only her she can't go here, here, here, here or hereOkay so maybe there should be an age requirement or maybe you should put more in for the little ones so they can have funI walked around with my daughter because all she wanted to do is be where the *** where with her older brothersI could have gone to the mall and walked around for free!! Never again will I come back nor will I tell anyone that I know to come back to this horrible place!!

We recently received documentation from the RevDex.com about a guest situation that occurred on 3/31/Thank you for the opportunity to respond and address this concern! If you are not familiar with our business, we are a recreational facility located in PlainfieldAs with any physical activity there is risk involvedTo mitigate the risks we strive to go above and beyond to make sure our guests know that safety is our number one priorityExamples would include Sky Zone team members on each court supervising the activity of our jumpers, a safety speech for each guest as they approach our playing courts, a continuously playing safety video in our lobby and most importantly our liability waiverEvery jumper under the age of has to have a waiver signed by their parent or legal guardianThis protects our chaperones, extended family members or group leaders etcfrom any legal action that may be taken against them in the rare case of an injuryWe want to make the waiver process as easy as possible! We offer waivers in-house to fill out, a pdf version online that may be printed and signed in advance and for our guests who do not have access to a printer, we offer our electronic version of our waiverWhen an electronic waiver is submitted and received, we confirm that it is valid by verifying the parent or legal guardian's driver's license over the telephone
We try our very best to educate our guests on how our business worksWhether it is verbally, via social media or the online website it is clearly stated that every jumper has to have a valid waiver and furthermore that our jump tickets are non-transferrable and non-refundableWe genuinely feel that even though our policy is as stated; giving passes back for a future jump time was a fair way of remedying this situation
Thank you for your time and consideration with this matter! We appreciate and value any feedback we receive from our guests

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Unfortunately, it appears the company was not even concerned enough to read the original complaint accurately. The "guest situation" did not occur on 3-31. It occurred on 3-27.
I am dismayed that the company continues to take the stance that it has. While the passes may work with the majority of these types of instances, as stated in the original complaint it just does not work for our family. Our grandchildren live out of town and we just do not know when or even if we would be able to use the passes. It would seem if this company is truly "family-oriented" as they claim there would be more flexibility with these types of situations. I cannot imagine we are the first family that has had this challenge.
I am also concerned about this company's willingness to accept a signed waiver over the Internet but is so unwilling to take a signed waiver from a grandparent, in person, standing right in front of them. I see the comment about checking a driver's license. I'm confused as to how checking a driver's license number over the phone is a validation of guardianship. Had we had a signed waiver from the parents that day our grandchildren still would have been unable to jump as their parents were not accessible by phone. We explained  that  to the company upon our arrival when they refused to let my grandchildren jump. Mom was in the hospital which means she was inaccessible by phone and Dad was by her side.  How does the company verify that the person that signed the waiver over the Internet and provided the driver's license number is the actual parent/guardian of the jumper? How does the company verify that the driver's license number actually belongs to the person that signed the waiver? So, according to this business practice I could have signed the waiver over the Internet, provided my driver's license when we arrived and our grandchildren could have jumped. All without me being the legal guardian! This is the business practice the company is standing on to keep my $42!
