To whom it may concern,We have received a complaint against our business that guest had to wait 15 minutes more than what they were told over the phone when they called. We are a capacity based business and can only sell a certain amount of tickets for any given hour. When the guest called we... had spots available but was told that they would be competing with other walk in customers. The guest did not pre purchase their tickets online and when they guest arrived to the park we were sold out. All of the information that was given to the guest was truthful and did not "lie" to them at any time. We have a very high volume of customers that come to our park especially on weekend afternoons. We understand and having to wait for open time can be frustrating and in good faith we will be sending out free 30 min jump passes to the guest.Craig BGeneral Manager
