did get snaged on our locker. I found nothing of the sort. I will send foward you her email that was sent to me.  I will also send you the statement I sent to her reguarding her email. IT stated that the pictures she sent me were not clear as of what might of damaged her jacket. That Sky Zone is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. I then stated I was sorry for any damage to her jacket and there was nothing I could do for her in that department.  A while later she called me with a very angry and disrepectfull tone. Stating that we need to pay for her jacket its all our fault that this happend to her this is bad customer service. I kept a cool manner and explaned to her that as I told her in the email I sent there is nothing we can do for her about the jacket.  She then threw a few curse words at me over the phone and I hung up after I heard them. We used one of your lockers. And while I was taking my things out of the locker my jacket tore with some kind of golden ring that holds in the door to the locker and it tore. I immediately talked to who I believed was your manager at the time (around 5:50 pm) and mentioned the damage that had occurred. He took down my name and number and said he would be calling in a couple of days to get approval to replace my broken jacket. He also took the name and brand of the jacket. It is a black Uniqlo down jacket. The cost of the item is 69.90 plus tax plus shipping. You will find two pictures, one it is a close up of the little golden thing that tore the jacket. And the other is of the lockers (far right, second down). "The Ultimate 3-D Play Experience"

Review: I booked a birthday party package for 6/1/14. Skyzone's sales pitch was for me to only worry about the 3 c's: cake, camera and candles. My host(s) were supposed to handle everything else. With 35 paid jumpers we should've had 2 hosts, but instead we only got one, short -tempered teenager who couldn't handle the size of our party. We had 40 minutes total in party room. I paid $20 extra for unlimited drinks for all my guests, but there weren't many pitchers so our hostess had to run up and down stairs to constantly refill. Because of the time constraint, many didn't receive a beverage or a refill as promised. I also told our hostess to save all the "Frozen figurines" on cake; they were part of my daughter's birthday gift set. Hostess lost them. The hostess also gave away, WITHOUT asking, all of my giant foil balloons. Finally the front rushed us to check out "so we wouldn't get charged ovrage fee". But we were still waiting for hostess to finish up our party favors and locate shoes. Most importantly, I felt taking advatage of with my offer to pay for all guests (including the parents of my daughter's friends). I told skyzone if the parents asked to jump I would pay for them; I wanted them to enjoy their time. However, all of my guests where "asked" upon check-in if they wanted SOCKS, which meant a jump fee. Most of them, myself included, being our first time to Skyzone, were unaware of the hour jump fee for each person who took the socks. The check-in person really pushed the socks onto the adults as they walked-in. Many of the parents thought they needed to wear the socks to supervise their young children. We ended up with 6 confirmed adults never setting foot on a trampoline, and a handful of guests who only followed their 1-3 year olds around. Since we had party package, each jump price went up from $15 to $25 plus $2.50 for each pair of socks. I thought it was strange that the jump fee went up instead of down with more paid guests. I told manager [redacted] Wielenga about our disappointing service and she offered to take 6 pairs of socks off our bill ( only $2.50 a pair ) and offered 6 passes to come back and jump. We have persistently asked for a refund for those adults who never used the trampolines but still haven't received that. I emailed [redacted], talked to other managers, including [redacted] and have been promised a phone call back. I also filled out an online survey asking for a phone call to resolve this matter. Almost a month later, and I'm still waiting for a response.Desired Settlement: Refund of $10 per jumper I paid for having party package/room service. It went from $15 per jump to $25 per jump. Didn't receive service we paid for. 35 paid jumpers=$350$20 for unlimited drinks for my entire party, including non jumpers$52.74 for lost disney figurine dolls and castle- Hostess confirmed with me at end everything would be downstairs on cart.$43.69 for replacement balloons I purchased the next day from Party Party for my daughters actual birthday.

They had a misleading promotion saying buy one hour for 10 people for $120 and when we tried to purchase it they said we can only use seven of them and 3 people should pay the regular price. Regardless of the misleading promotion, the general manager yelled at me when I tried to tell him that you should put all the information in the promotion so it was a horrible experience I really suggest that nobody should expect a good customer service there.

Review: On April 25th 2015 my family and I went to Sky Zone Trampolines to spend the afternoon. We used one of their lockers and put in there a diaper bag, shoes and jackets. I did not notice then, but the door hinge of the locker was loose and therefore a sharp golden circular hinge was pocking out. This golden thing tore my jacket as I took my things out of the locker. I immediately took my jacket to the manager at the time (it was a man), explained the situation and asked him to pay for the broken item. He said that he would need to take back this to someone else and ask permission, that he would contact me in a few days. He took down my name, number, jacket brand. He never called me back. I called again and talked to another manager over the phone called [redacted], I explained the situation and sent him pictures of the broken jacket as well as the locker. I just talked to him right now again and he and the business are not taking the responsibility of breaking my jacket by having customers use a broken locker. All I have asked is simple, replace the damaged item or pay for it. It is a Uniqlo black goose down jacket. The price is $69 plus tax plus shipping (there are no stores here in California).Desired Settlement: Pay for the damaged jacket $69 plus tax plus shipping for a total of $85 dollars.
