hello my name is h*** *** I am responding to a complaint made upon skys salon and spa in ChalmetteI serviced *** *** on September 29th*** is also a hairdresser who came into our salon to get her hair done who of our employees use to be employed by herin her complaint she
says that as "soon as she sat in my chair I began to speak bad about the salon" this statement is very untrueas *** was sitting in my chair she asked me if I wanted to come work with her that she would charge me $in booth rent or 75% in commissionand I politely declined her offer I stated that I was happy where I was and I had no problem with where I wasthen she tried to persuade me some more by talking about our massage therapist that use to be employed by her saying I need to watch my money around her because she is "a lying theif and she knows better not to even look at her" and going on how sky (the owner) should have not employed her. With me knowing she was a hair dresser I took extra precaution on her hair, I made sure no spots were uncovered in her hair her hair was fully saturatedshe said that I left her with bleach in her hair for minutes, I left her for minutesdirections on the bleach says for maximum results leave for minutes. she requests a refund of $her service was $I have her receipt. so I am not understanding why there is a request for an $refund. I believe that the main problem here was not the quality of her service I believe the main issue here is conflict of interest between salonsshe was asked not to come into the salon because of the way she conducted business with making an employee feel uncomfortable. please feel free to contact me back with any more needed information###-###-####
