[redacted]This roof was completed in Nov of 2011 and we had no [redacted]k calls or problems until November of 2014 when [redacted] called and said that they had major leaks in the family room. When I went out to investigate the [redacted]k, I discovered that the [redacted]'s had hired a contractor to add an addition...

and solar panels to the roof. I informed her that none of the work done on the roof was proper and gave her a letter and proposal for proper repairs. In December [redacted] informed me that she thought that she had a problem in another area not related to the contractors work, I did not think that it was a problem and did not go back. I took one of my men to the job today and sealed the area of concern to assure [redacted] that there is no leak. I want to make sure that everyone knows that the work done to the roof by the [redacted]'s contractor is not proper and will not be warranted by SkycraftRoofing Inc.Sincerely,[redacted]
