***This roof was completed in Nov of and we had no ***k calls or problems until November of when [redacted] called and said that they had major leaks in the family roomWhen I went out to investigate the ***k, I discovered that the [redacted] 's had hired a contractor to add an addition and solar panels to the roofI informed her that none of the work done on the roof was proper and gave her a letter and proposal for proper repairsIn December [redacted] informed me that she thought that she had a problem in another area not related to the contractors work, I did not think that it was a problem and did not go backI took one of my men to the job today and sealed the area of concern to assure [redacted] that there is no leakI want to make sure that everyone knows that the work done to the roof by the [redacted] 's contractor is not proper and will not be warranted by SkycraftRoofing Inc.Sincerely,***
