I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***Please add your rejection comments below.
a jump was cancelled due to high winds, I tried to reschedule but I got no reply from the business..after calling the phone number several times and emailing on Oct.14th the calendar -schedule would not accept any reservationsalso in the literature there is NO mention of a closing date for the seasonthe original jump was schedule was for Sunday Oct,4th I believe I have been taken advantaged of by the way of not explaining exactly when the season closes, and the fact that they never attempted to return my phone calls or emailsi have a copy of the email sent requesting to reschedule and a confirmation from a computer generated acknowledgement from the business website on Oct 14th...they are guilty through omission!! they are not informing the public they will close the doors when they want...and not rescheduled with no returns...thank you ***Regards,

[email protected]).We warn directly on the website about the possibility of getting weathered out with a chance of losing your deposit if unable to reschedule. Weather is a huge part of our sport and it often takes 3-4 tries to get in the air due to winds, clouds or any number of aviation factors. In your case when you booked you reserved the last possible week to go skydiving so you effectively gave yourself no margin to reschedule - this is why we warn and recommend that you book early in the season (June/July is a great time to skydive!) to avoid losing the deposit.
