person making the reservation (the group leader).   3- Group discounts are for groups of five persons or more.  I am sorry that after speaking with two persons here that we were not able to communicate to you how to get the group rate. You quote from our website that more can join in after you make this reservation.  That is correct. Once you make the initial reservation you can share your group information so that others can join you group, but to receive the group discount the reservation must first meet the initial criteria; group of five or more, all initial transactions by the made by the group leader more than seven days in advance. Your initial reservation for Nov 12 for one person was made on Oct 3 and three additional persons made reservations to jump on Oct 13 using your group number.  You only had four persons use your group number to make their reservations more than seven days in advance so also the group rate does not apply.  Another two persons made their reservations using your group number on Nov 10 and Nov 11, for a jump date on Nov 12.  Yes, people can call to ask us to make more space and we will if we can. In this instance we were not able to accommodate your request.  Our number of reservations is based on a multitude of factors such as; customer weight, aircraft, equipment, weather and staffing.  We wish we could have accommodated your request to add more jumpers to your time slot on that date. On busy weekends we can at times take up to 5 tandem customers every 35 – 40 minutes. Not all on the same airplane. We have other customers to whom we also have commitments.  I took the liberty to call several friends and competitors to see who could accommodate you. The nearest I was able to find that can accommodate your group of six tandem skydivers all on the same airplane this time of year is in Eloy AZ.  If you wish I can assist you with reservations in Eloy AZ. For groups of five or more our current pricing is $205.00.  Thank you for providing the link where our website states $190.  That has been corrected to reflect current pricing.As the weather interfered with our plans to skydive on Nov 12th all six persons in your group have a rain check and their reservations are in limbo waiting a date and time for reschedule.  Rain checks are normally valid for sixty days but this time of year weather can be colder than most folks like to skydive.  We will extend the validity of the rain checks to through June 2018. Our skydiving center is in the top 10 based on customer reviews (dropzone.com).
