Skydive Nawlins

Review: [redacted]July 1, 2013My son, [redacted], paid a deposit for two people to skydive on Sunday, June 23, 2013 @ 1:00PM. The appointment was scheduled several weeks ahead of time. He drove over 5 hours to get to Skydive Nawlins and upon arrival at business he was called and told he had to reschedule because an instructor was sick (30 minutes before dive time). He requested a refund because he could not take off and drive that far again and risk the same thing happening again. I called the business to request a refund back to his credit card and the person I spoke to was rude and refused to refund money. She said their website stated no refunds but I couldnt find it on their website. When I told her that she said her lawyer would have it posted on there by the end of the day. She said her name was [redacted] and to call her lawyer and hung up on me. I called back an additional number on the website in hopes of speaking to a professional individual and she also answered that number. She informed me she knew my name and number. The numbers I called were ###-###-####, [redacted], and her lawyers number she spouted out was ###-###-####. He is not rescheduling in fear of retaliation for his legitimate request for a refund. [redacted] said he only could reschedule on a weekend unless he got a large group of people to put down a deposit for a weekday appointment. [redacted], if that is her real name seemed much rehearsed with Call my Lawyer. Please look into Skydive Nawlins because I believe they are scamming people.
