I am rejecting this response because:they informed me that they tried to call me and left a voicemail but I honestly did not get a voicemail from them that morning and this is the reason I still went to the location [redacted] check text messages and voicemails in my phone so there is no reason I would have missed a message from them They could have sent me a text message as they did send me one the night before the appointment I did get a text message from them the night before informing me that the time schedule has been changed This is unacceptable as I have already wasted my time going to their place and gas and also filed a leave of absence from work that day! Plus the fact that they were so RUDE and unprofessional the way they communicated with me through text I have the text transcript of this conversation I still demand to be reimbursed for the gas or refund my payment

We just spoke on the telephone regarding the complaint filed by [redacted] regarding an appointment that he had on 9-21-16. As I explained to you over the phone, we acknowledge that [redacted] did in fact have an appointment scheduled on 9-21-16 at 1200 noon. Unfortunately we were unable to...

skydive on 9-21 due to the fact that the winds were too high that day, and it was unsafe to skydive. Skydiving is an outdoor sport that is 100% weather dependent, and when the conditions are unsafe for us to skydive, we do not do so. On the date of [redacted]'s appointment, I personally called him that morning three times, at the phone number given to us of [redacted], and left one voicemail at roughly 900am explaining to him that all appointments for the day had been cancelled due to unsafe skydiving conditions. The fact that [redacted] drove to our location to skydive is unfortunate, but out of our control, as we did what we could to inform him of the cancellation of his appointment. If he choses not to listen to his voicemails, or answer his phone, there is nothing that we can do about that. All other customers that day, either answered their phones and were informed of the cancellation, or listened to their voicemail and received the notification that way. [redacted] is the only one who claims that he was not informed.[redacted] was offered the option to reschedule for a future date, but he did not want to do so, and instead requested a refund. I explained to [redacted] that if he would like to get a refund, he would need to go through the internet company he purchased his voucher through to receive his refund, as he did not purchase the voucher directly from us, but instead from another company that sells our services online, because they have his money. We obviously cannot refund a customer from which we have never received any sort of payment from. His request for us to reimburse him for his gas and time is unreasonable, and we will not be offering any sort of payment, financially or otherwise, to this end. It should be pointed out that as skydiving is a weather dependent sport, and as the weather cannot be controlled and often changes abruptly and unexpectedly, it is not at all uncommon for customers to drive to our location, or any skydiving location for that matter, and have their appointments cancelled due to unsafe conditions. We are sorry that [redacted] spent his time driving to our location to skydive, but we did what we could to inform him ahead of time about the cancellation. Please let me know if you have any further questions regarding this matter.Thank you
