To Whom it May Concern: We are sorry that [redacted] is dissatisfied with the video DVD that we provided chronicling his skydive at Skydive Warren County on July 5, However, it is clear from his complaint that [redacted] misunderstood what he was purchasing At that time, Skydive Warren County offered two video options First, an "outside" video where another skydiver free-falls in formation with the tandem customer while shooting video of the tandem customer Second, is a "wrist cam" in which the Tandem Master wears a GoPro video camera on his wrist and shoots video of the of the customer's skydive Of the two options, the "outside" video is designed to provide a more comprehensive video of the customer's skydiving experience, and it is priced accordingly The wrist cam is designed to give the costomer a more economical choice to have video record of their skydive experience Both of these video choices are "burned" to a DVD for the customer to keep Although, it is unfortunate that [redacted] apparently thought his DVD would be produced in high definition, Skydive Warren County has never offered, nor has it ever advertised that its DVDs are produced in either HD or Blueray format Further, because [redacted] received a DVD conforming to the content and the copyable format for which he paid, we are unable to offer a full refund However, upon the return of his DVD, we would be happy to offer [redacted] a partial refund It is true that [redacted] did attempt to email us one time pertaining to this and unfortunately we are unable to find a response to this email It is certainly not our policy to not immediately take care of the customer's request, we are unable to give a reason other than assuming that the email was simply never seen due to the high volume of emails we see in our general inbox at that time of the year Finally, we would like to extend [redacted] our sincere apology for the confusion and lack of follow up response until now concerning this matter Respectfully, Jaime Praeter President Skydive Warren County, Inc

We couldn't be more happier. This company repaired our roof on our home. They were prompt, respectful, trustworthy, dependable and cost efficient. When we met the owner for the quote as we did with other roofers, he was very affordable. Throughout the process he kept us informed and he came to the site to make sure his workers were doing a great job. Once the job was completed he came back out to make sure we were satisfied and examined the job himself to make sure it was complete to his satisfaction. Because of this great experience, we hired this company for other jobs and they have always delivered great results. The owner Bonito is amazing! Thank you for all you do!
