I am rejecting this response because:I initially requested a refund via email and also by
disputing the charge with my credit card company, none of which were accepted or offered by Burger Motorsports IncFurthermore, I was not disputing the information provided about the item purchased but rather the lack of informationYes, it clearly states an additional item would need to be purchased (referring to the steering wheel controls) but the item number is not included or disclosed prior to purchasing the harnessThe item number is ONLY provided once the harness has been purchased, which again, is what I find misleading (especially considering it's an additional 100-dollars).Regards,*** ***
