Skye Louis Realty

is an real estate agent under the employment of Skye Louis Realty. He is a person with whom I had been involved with personally and who lived with me at my home until 05/01/18 but with whom I have had no direct contact since 04/30/19. I recently listed my home residence for sale on 01/12/20 which was listed on the MLS real estate website. I had instructed my real estate agent not to allow *** or any other employee or affiliate of Skye Louis Realty to be involved with the sale of or to enter my home due to previous activities of Mr. acting in a malicious manner by falsely filing applications on line to various different business entities in my name as a form of abuse. On 01/13/20 *** used his access to the MLS website and business dealings and knowledge of real estate to falsely file allegations with the City of Plantation about upgrades that I did to my home while he was a resident here stating that permits were not pulled for projects that did all in fact have permits or did not require them. The allegations were filed by *** with malicious intent to disrupt the sale of my property with which he has no vested interest, ownership or business dealings. My home has always been solely in my name and I have personally paid for any and all projects and mortgage payments since purchasing my home. My complaint against Skye Louis Realty is that one of their agents is utilizing a business entity to pursue a personal vendetta for reasons that are beyond my imagination or control. It is with malice that these complaints were filed and I will also be filing a formal complaint with the Florida Real Estate Commission for unethical and unfitting behavior.
