Hello:Our records show that Ms [redacted] had called and sent an email to our Customer Service on Wednesday 9/30/15 requesting her UN/PW. This was missed by our Customer Service and the UN/PW was sent to the customer on 10/3/15. We have not heard back from the customer, so we issued...
a full credit from the 9/29/15 transaction of $24.95 and set the account to expire on 10/28/15.
