Here is our response from Skygear Solutions, Inc: Customer placed order on 10-01-for one product which appeared on our website as in stock When the item was prepared for shipping, the packer noticed that it was slightly damaged from the manufacturer An email was sent to the customer on 10-03-15, explaining that and offering the damaged product at a lower price, a store credit, or a full refund No response to this email was received and a follow up was sent one week later on 10-10-- also receiving no response It was later determined that the customer's email address in our records (what he entered upon registration with our website) had a typographical error This was learned by noticing a mismatch between the email address entered on our site and the email address attached to his PayPal account After this realization and after receiving communication from the customer, his order was promptly refunded in full back to his PayPal account It appears that PayPal adjusted the customer's account on 10-22-for the entire refunded amount of $ Those of us at Skygear Solutions, Incapologize for the difficulties encountered with this transaction and have put a new procedure in place which will hopefully prevent it from happening again

Review: I purchased an item on vendor's website, which stated item was in stock. My credit card was charged and an email was sent to me stating that item was on back-order. I went to vendor's physical address and that address was a resteraunt. I tried calling vendor and a message stated vendor's majik jack phone number was not available. I think this might be a bogus company.Desired Settlement: I contacted my bank to dispute this transaction.

Review: on oct 1 2015 I ordered a product online from skygear solutions at the time of ordering it said the item was in stock but after my card was charged I was informed the item was on back order I have tried numerous times to contact them first by sending emails to there customer service then by phoning and leaving voice messages then I sent them a message on there face book page and no one has ever gotten back to meDesired Settlement: I would just like a total refund
