At this time, I have been contacted directly by SkyJack Products LLC regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Only a partial refund for the 2nd (automatic) order which was returned by us. Refund for the first order was not given even though...
my daughter who is a minor purchased it without understanding that the price was just for a trial and that she would be charged full amount after trial period. They stated she checked the box and agreed to terms and conditions which supposedly state you must be 18 years-old to purchase. However, as you can see from the attached file there is no such statement on their terms and conditions.
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.
