I order a dress on November 15 and still have not received my item or even updated shipping info.. I have emailed 3xs about my issues and still have yet to receive a response. Will never do business with this Boutique again and do not recommend anyone else to as well

Full refund has been issued to the customer via Paypal the way she paid Before she filed this complaint I respond to her email , letting her know she could return for a full refund

Good MorningI Did receive a email from the buyer stating that the item didn't fit , I responded letting the buyer know she exchange for something else, I never received a reply back. Buyer has been refunded via paypal already and can keep the item

Revdex.com:Although I had to go through such extremes for the company to contact me after sending two emails with absolutely no response or resolution. I find the company to be misleading where its office is when it's really out of the country, the clothes have been cheaply made and they try to sell their items as Boutique. But since a third party had to be involved in order to get this resolved. I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

kept the dress. I have included a written copy of the response to the department of justice. She was issued a full refund on 6/5/2016 via paypal the same way she paid. it shows completed on our end.

Initally she never responded, but She finally issued me a me back a refund, and That was fine.
