In regards to complaint #***: Skylar's Home and Patio fully replaced the couch with only a $shipping charge to me I am currently satisfied with how this ended
The Skylar's customer service rep Brent is terrible He pretty much ruined the whole complaint process for my husband and I He was rude and made unprofessional and sexist comments to me Customer service rep *** and the owner Skylar were very helpful I just wish I never had to interact with *** As long as he works there, I'm not purchasing another item from Skylar's Home and Patio
