This customer has been going back and forth with us for quite a while. Originally the customer did have an issue with the amount of time...

it had taken us to process his order. We did apologize and offered a refund as well as a free item which he did receive. He WAS issued a refund via postal mail in the form of a money order. He was given a tracking number. The money order was unable to be delivered to his original shipping address which is out of our control. We have not received the money order back. Upon the receipt of the money order we will send it to the customer again at any address he may desire. Until we receive the money order back there is no reason we should issue yet another refund

Review: I ordered a hat from this business the first week of December and was told allow a few weeks for delivery so after a month of nothing I emailed them and no answer. I then took to [redacted] messages where I was told "I'm going to be honest this company took off way faster than expected with sales the demand does not meet supply they're working on that and our intention isn't to not respond to emails or please customers its just that its a small company and we are working on getting all orders shipped. Ill make sure you're taken care of" So I took the benefit of the doubt and a few more weeks pass by and nothing now they are not responding to my [redacted] DMs and I am thinking this company is out to scam people, I have seen numerous people comment on their photos saying they did not receive items they ordered and when that happens they just delete the comments or picture. I see them still advertising to sell merchandise but if they told me stock is low and demand is high then why are they still trying to sell something of which they do not have?Desired Settlement: I just want the product I ordered with no more run arounds or beating around the bush from this company.

Review: I purchased 2 items in June of 2014 and didn't recieve anything for 3 months. Finally got in touch with the company via email and they agreed to refund my purchase of $120.00 and give me a free shirt. I didn't receive anything for another 2 months. 5 months later I only got a shirt and no refund. We were communicating for about two weeks and I was supposed to recieve a money order. It is now February of 2015 and still no refund. Almost a year and no product or refund. Just bad service over all and I was ripped off. Can someone help me please?Desired Settlement: My full refund back of $120.00.
