Bad taste in my mouth over these atms.
Several times now I cant get my money because your machines are down. I will not use other ATMs because why should I pay to get "my" money off my card. Emails don't get anything done. How about a phone call to resolve this recurring problem that is getting irritating. Also burning extra gas to go to the next closest ATM.

I put $75.00 in skylight prepaid card in Wal-Mart to pay phone bill only to find out its declined, I have only $17.19 on it instead of $75.00 something don't seem right.

But the payment still goes through anyway until the card refunds it, basically holding my money hostage for 2 days.

Review: I attempted t withdraw $400.00 at an A.T.M. machine inside of [redacted] store on April. 12, 2013, at 17:51p.m. and again at 17:52p.m. , located at [redacted]. I contacted the ATM customer service and was told I had to call Skylight One to file complaint and etc. Did all of this a few minutes right after the incident. I was told to send in a fax, my name, address, account# and exp. date of card, D.O.B., with the statement in handwriting that I attempted to withdraw the amount of $400, and copies of both receipts. I sent a fax from ACE check cashing on 04/15/13 at 17:04 p.m. to skylight as requested. I had called several times since the incident occurred. Even talked to a supervisor at one point. One of the last representatives that I had talked to after I sent the fax, told me that it would take 14 business days for investigation and etc. But I was told on several occasions that my money would be returned to my card by 04/26/13. I still waited a couple of days before I called them back, after I checked my balance to see if it was returned. When I called back they told me that I didn't send my signature in the fax. I asked several times before I did what they asked of me , before I sent them the fax. Because of people errors in the past with a business I have dealt with, I wanted to be sure of everything that was needed before I sent it off, to avoid any complications or delays. I told them I did everything they asked of me. Anyway, I asked them why didn't anyone call or send me a letter stating I forgot an signature, even though I was not told that. I said to them, you have an address and contact number for me. And the fact that I have called several times to inquire about the status, no one said anything . So I asked again three times what was needed before I re-send the fax with everything they said again. After I contacted them that time, then they write me a letter a few days later, saying that I did not send the information within ten business days after I called and made a complaint. I called them three minutes after the money never came out the machine and I sent the first fax, two days later. Would have been sooner if I did not have a job and was expecting a child and being sick. But I did all of what they asked me within FIVE business days. Now I'm being told, you have to wait 2 weeks for this , then 90 days for that, and etc. To whom this may reach I need some help please. I have all my documentation, ( everything ) and will get phone records if needed to prove that I contacted them several times . I can be reached by my cell number, which I have given with this. I do work and I am mainly free anytime after 8:00 a.m. , but my afternoon schedule differs at times. But I will look for or return any calls as soon as I can . Thank you and any additional information needed, I can get to you if needed.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back A.S.A.P. I have bills and I am expecting very soon and an letter of apology.

Review: I have contacted thid company numerious times like almost 10 times to get my charges disputed. I have always had my issue taken and was told that I had to fax over and sign information, I have done this 10 times and everytime I call I get the response we have not recieved anything and please send it again, I have checked the number over and over something needs to be done.Desired Settlement: Just return my money thank you

Review: I put a claim on march 14 2013 for a declined transaction the associated told me they had 10 buisness days to resolve and investigated and its passed the 10 days and I had no resolution getting my money credit to my accountdesired settlement: I need to get my 800.00dls back asap. This is the way my employer pays my wages

Review: Skylight one sold out to [redacted] which is a prepaid account which was established in 10/2010 I am and was listed as the primary acct holder. Tried to explain that the acct belongs to be not [redacted] that is listed as secondary acct holder. After the acct was sold out to [redacted] they have him listed as the primary acct holder explained to them that there is a mistake they replied with an email stating Dear [redacted],

but after 4 business days they haven't fixed the issue my money is tied in this acct & they cant send me a money gram. I've tried numerous times & haven't got anywhereDesired Settlement: to correct me being the primary acct holder & remove secondary off acct

Review: My Sky light debit card will not work properly. My numerous attempts to contact someone have been a disaster! The email address is false! The 800 & 866 numbers send you around a 15 minute menu, only to be put on hold & then disconnected!! This happened more than twice. The menu actually said to call again at one point & hung up!!

Review: Under the guise of protecting the security of my husband's pay card the customer service agent gave me a very rehearsed refusal even though I have all the pertinent information to give them. I also was the one to actually activate the card as my husband was at work and I needed to pay bills. The card was still being denied although the active balance was $468.00. While I could understand the security issue I asked them to not give me information but just allow me to give them the info they needed to look into it. Again they refused. I asked to speak to a supervisor at 12:10 on Friday May 10th I spoke with [redacted]. He followed company lines again. However, he refused to provide me with even publicly available information (which I was able to find through google) as I was not a card holder. He was very rude. As a supervisor he took the call assuming I was an irate customer which I then became as the conversation continued.Desired Settlement: An apology from the company and a review of their Security policy that limits stay home mothers from being able to handle the account when needed.

Review: On Nov, 8, 2013 Skylight One card changed their computer system. The company sent out new cards and asked us to activate new cards to comply with their changes. When I called to company activation number the automative system said that my social security number was not attacted to this card. I called several times that day and they said they had it all straightened out. I used my card on Monday Nov 11 at [redacted]. This was the last transaction I was able to make on this card. When I call skylight the next couple of days, it had been brought to my attention that a previous card hold on my account had been moved as the primary account holder. Skylight said there was nothing that I could do about it and that this person that was previously on my account would need to answer any questions and was the only person authroized to make changes to my account. I am upset that a person not related to me, and the card in which he did have on my account was inactive was moved to my primary account holder. Skylight was not cooroperative in the matter and kept referring me to call the number on the back of my card and try to call 1 and # three times. The only thing this process did was hang up on me. I aske to speak to a supervisor everytime I called and I was denied. The company would not give me access to my money or my account. I had to waste work time to open up an bank account and also spend my time in my HR department at my current job. I am very concerned that this was how it was handled and I would like to be refunded for any denial of charges becasue my card was not active due to their mistake in merging their records.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for loss of time off work, and any charges due to being declined because they were not able to merge their records correctly.

Review: I bank with Skylight One through my job. It's a direct deposit bankcard. I had a problem today June 13, 2013 when I went to the atm to get money out of my account around 7pm. Previous to this at 6:30 I called the 1-800 number provided by Skylight One and was told through an automated recording that my money was ready. Clearly it was not when I arrived at the atm. The message told me that I didn't have funds in the bank. I called customer service speaking with a woman by the name of [redacted] telling me that the systems were down and to call back within an hour, hour and a half. I don't appreciate having my life put on hold when these people didn't have the common courtesy to call their customers and let them know that there was a problem with there system. Not to mention there is a charge of 0.50 just to speak with an actual person. I should not be responsible with paying them anything due to a problem caused by Skylight One.
