Review: On January ** I attended a party at this venue. I paid 3 dollars for their mandatory coat check and after a few hours when I went to claim my coat , it was missing. I spoke to the manager ( [redacted] ) and he said that the venue would be responsible for it. After a few text messages and excuses on their part they are not assuming responsibility. I presumed they had a capped liability and I agreed to meet them half way on a new coat but after 4 weeks I feel like I am begging for a response. To this date, they are ignoring my text messages.Desired Settlement: I want the value of a similar coat
