cell phone when I was not in office. I was extremely sympathetic to her plight, worked endlessly to get the business caught up and even reduced the hourly rate for services. In addition, she was not charged for all of the recorded time spent during this process. [redacted] was apprised each step of the way and agreed wholeheartedly to every approach in this matter, ultimately to eliminate costs given the severity of the situation.Skyline Bookkeeping, LLC parted ways with Ms. [redacted] in September of 2015. At that time there was an amount due to Skyline Bookkeeping, LLC in which the claimant was to pay in order to receive the work we performed for her company (said spreadsheets). This amount remained unpaid until our attorney (please see attached documents) had to get involved to reach a resolution.This complaint is an attempt to defame our business, the documentation I have provided in this e-mail includes a settlement agreement concludes that she is to remove this claim and others she has posted on various outlets as it is 100% not valid and the situation has been resolved. Dan: as we discussed earlier today, this confirms that my client is still willing to settle on the basis outlined in my recent letter to you despite the fact that your client has been making derogatory posts on social media and with the Revdex.com. However, the settlement is expressly conditioned on no further posts/complaints and a retraction of all posts and complaints she has made previously including but not limited to Revdex.com and Thumbtack.
 
I will get you a settlement agreement with the foregoing, a confidentiality provision, a non-disparagement clause and upon execution my client will deliver the spread sheets.
