I originally heard this complaint from Skyline Corporate. We do not hand out sauce packets freely. We are very liberal with Hot Sauce. I rally only order what I think I will need weekly. I have addressed atitudues at the Drive thru about this problem. Everyone says they are only my procedures....
Normally, since a major discounts are applied to a kids meals we don't even give hot sauce out! I have for over 30 years. These are my rules & I have never had a hot sauce conflict. We sell small bottles of hot sauce if someone wants one for $.39.Jim WhitakerSkyline General Manager
