Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] I as the owner have not allowed any seals to leakThe leaks that Skyline claims that caused the water damage to this unit must have occurred before I purchased itI still expect Skyline to make all repairs to this unit at their costI have taken extremely good care of this unitShortly after delivery I found one of the front compartment doors had a leak and was repaired immediatelyI think that leak was the one damaged the floorAs far as I know this door had been leaking since the trailer was constructed.As for the holes in the front canopy, I was not the one that installed screws to hold up the interior cabinets that were to long therefor penetrating the front canopyAs for the de-lamination of the front canopy maybe the wrong type of adhesive was use, or applied improperly or not allowed to set up before the panel was installed, however I do know for a fact that it is not from a leak caused by my lack of maintenanceThe airconditioner was not installed per manufacture instructions allowing water to leak into the compartment when the unit is sitting level.This offer does not cover any of the other items on the listi EXPECT SKYLINE TO MAKE ALL REPAIRS ON THE LIST OR REPLACE THE UNIT OR REFUND MY MONEY Regards, [redacted] ***

Skyline has received your letter regarding [redacted] travel trailerWe have agreed to repair the front roller and the rubber gasket at approximately ½ to hours of laborIt is not necessary to remove the slide out for this repair.We will repair the water pump at approximately hourRepair of the air conditioner enclosure should take approximately hourSkyline does not feel that the front cap is a warrantable issueThe delamination was caused by water entering through the side seals and this is an owner maintenance issue Regards, [redacted] Consumer Relations Manager Skyline Corporation

Ada Services damaged my yard repairing my neighbors water line
In the fall of Ada Services repaired my neighbors water line In the process of back filling the trench they got into my yard and damaged itThey made deep tracks from the tractor and scraped top soil off my yardI notified Ada Service by phone and the lady said she would give them the informationI then notified them again in weeks and the lady advised me she told the boss and she would tell him againThe owner called me and asked if they could repair it in days and I advised him it was too wet and they would make it worse He said he wanted to wait until early spring to repair itHe said it would be before mowing seasonI said that would be fineNow I cannot mow that part of my yard

I really didn't like this company, the guy came out to look at my furnace and all I wanted to know is if it was working properly and that should have taken maybe mins to an hour, but the guy proceeded to talk and do unnecessary things just to run up my time to get more money from me, I personally will never call Ada services againI felt very taken advantage of and they just don't seem like they are really looking out for customers like they are their walletsVery bad experience

The ***’s had their home setup in August of 2014, at that time Skyline fixed all the cracks and did an orientation walk through with themThey walked room by room with my contractor pointing out the issues they had with their homeThere were some cracks in the sheetrock noted and no
mention of a soft spot in their floorThe cracks were repaired shortly after and the ***s were told Skyline does not cover settling cracks if any were to form from then onSkyline received a call from Mrs*** in march of stating her ceiling had numerous cracks, I agreed to fix them as a courtesy since we would be there fixing other issues in her homeA few months later Mrs*** reported more cracks had formed and she also had a soft spot in her kitchen floor, I sent my contractor out to inspect the floor and while he was there to repair the cracks one more timeMy contractor could not find a soft spot so the claim was closedI received an email in January of stating they had more cracks and the soft spot was getting worse, I informed Mrs*** that Skyline would not repair anymore cracks, but I would have my service technician from the factory go over and check the soft spotHe could not locate a soft spot so I asked him to crawl under the home and take a look at the blocking under the homeHe noticed several loose blocks under the home, I told Mrs*** loose blocks due from the home settling is one reason the cracks keep forming and a bouncy floor may give her an impression there is a soft spotI told her to contact her dealer and ask if there is a warranty on setup, as they hire their own contractors to put the home togetherThe dealer sent the setup guy to tighten up all loose blocking under the homeNow that that is done Mrs*** wants Skyline to repair the cracks one more timeI told Mrs*** I would have my tech install wood support under the soft spot even though we could not locate oneThat repair has been scheduled for the 13th of JuneSkyline has gone above and beyond in repairing their issues even though the warranty period expired in November of

repair.We will repair the water pump at approximately .5 hour. Repair of the air conditioner enclosure should take approximately 1.5 hour. Skyline does not feel that the front cap is a warrantable issue. The delamination was caused by water entering through the side seals and this is an owner maintenance issue.

POOR WORKMANSHIP ON WOOD TRIM, USED REGISTERS FOR DUST PAN,DRAWER WONT CLOSE, STOVE TO TIGHT BETWEEN CUPBOARDS, STAPPLED VALANCES, CHEAP BLINDSAND THAT WAS A UPGRADE, DRYWALL DUST EVERYWHERE, WOOD TRIM HAS NICKS IN WOOD AND PANELING, WINDOWS ONLY TELT IN FROM BOTTOM WINDOW ONLY
