Review: I recently bought a new trailer from [redacted] and the brand was Skyline. I have been having nothing but issues and would always take them 3 to 4 times to come out and fix the issues and everytime I have ask that they leave receipts for me so I could have records and they never do. I finally have everything fix but the water heater. I have told them about this issue everytime they come out and they have done nothing about it. I think they are just waiting on my warranty to run out. The water heater they have installed is not big enough for the trailer. The water gets cold in the middle of the second person shower. I have told them time after time about this issue and I spent over 50k for this trailer and the water heater should last for more then 2 peopleDesired Settlement: I would like either a bigger electric water heater or have an optional gas and electric water heater installed in the trailer.

Is this the only response you got from [redacted] is the list of options? I know the trailer only has a 20 gallon water heater. I have been complaing to him since the first week I have bought the trailer from [redacted] and said that the water is way to small for this trailer that is design to have a minimum of 4 people in the trailer. When 2 of us take a shower back to back the hot water runs out to fast. I just think it was poor design for this trailer and would like to get this fixed. His response was take shorter showers. I just want to know where the customer satisfaction is. I know he is just delaying on this issue so that my warranty runs out. Thanks for all your help.

Just a little surprise by his response. So looks like nothing is going to get done on this issue.

Review: This business has sold me a mobile home in which has consistent problems, their warranty covers it..eventually, but the problems persist, I bought the trailer in june, 2012 and since then have had broken appliances, faulty parts, a broken furnace, and shotty customer service to.Desired Settlement: I just want this bad review and complaint to be made public to save other customers from this awful waste of money
