Originally there was an estimate done for the tree that fellI went back out to look at it again after it had fallen and gave a revised estimate I went to *** house on 6-15-I gave him written estimatesThe first one was large Silver poplar tree that had fallen across the front
yardIt was written up to clean up and haul all limbs and to cut the wood into 14" to 16" rounds and leave the rounds on siteAlso to Grind the uprooted stump and exposed rootsStump grindings to be left on siteThat was one estimate for The second estimate was written up separately at *** request due to the insurance being involved on the first estimateThe second estimate was to remove one large, dead Deadara cedar front near the road and to trim out the broken limbs in a large fir tree on right side of drivewayAgain clean up and hauls limbs away and to cut the wood into firewood lengths for He told me that this one would be coming out of his pocketHe told me to go ahead and get the jobs done as soon as possible and we didI talked to *** the night before we came out to do the work and asked if the fence had been taken down yet so we could do a full stump grindHe said noI told him if it was in our way we would come back (For free) at another time to finish it because he said that the fence companies either wouldn't answer his calls or they were out approxweeks I told him we would do our best but we normally don't take down fences as part of the jobHowever when we got there it was obvious that we would need to take the fence down to do the best job possibleMy guys called me and asked what to do and I told them to go ahead and take the fence down for free to help *** outHe had told me that he couldn't take it down himselfSo we did take it down for FREEThe job was exactly what we expected only adding on the fence removalI called *** and asked him how the job went and he said it went great everything was just fineHe asked how mow much he owed and I told him the He said ok and to stop by and collectI did just thatHe was home and he came out to greet me before I even got to the doorWe talked about the job and other trees that he may want looked at at another timeHe went back in the house and came back out and paid me the I have had full communication with *** and he never mentioned anything other than we had done such a great job and that he would call back to have us look at other trees in the back of his propertyI also told him that if he wanted the trees along the front removed that the power company might take them down for free because they are so close to the lines to save him some moneyI feel like we did everything that we contracted to do and additionally took the fence down for him for free
