This is the absolute WORST car dealership to ever buy a car from, even with a huge down pymt, they were completely unwilling to even discuss helping with repairs to a vehicle that they sold to us on March 9th The vehicle broke down on March 11th Only days later(And is still currently sitting at a mechanics because of the cost of repairs) The Turbo in this vehicle was completely shot and has to be replacedWe were also advised to purchase a warranty through them for an additional amount of moneyThey told us that this would cover the cost of the repair to the turboIt covered NOTHING!! We then were issued a PARTIAL refund for the warrantyNot a refund for the full amount backThey are extremely rudeI was hung up on by one of their employees, I made several attempts to speak with the owner about the situation, left several messages for call backs that were NEVER returnedI was always given the run around, and the excuse that the owner was not on the lotALWAYSI was very disappointed in this buying experience for my year old son who was still a high school student at this timeHe attended school, played sports and also worked a part time job to save up for the purchase of this carHe is now stuck with a car pymt, and an insurance pymt on a vehicle that he cannot driveIf anyone sees this review, PLEASE DO NOT purchase a vehicle from themYou are welcomed to inbox me if you have any questions about my experienceI feel absolutely horrible that we were scammed by this people who have no morals and no conscienceAnd if I can keep anyone else from the heartache, headache, and financial money pit that they offer their customers then I willMoral of the story is, always research who you purchase a car from before hand, not after! It will probably save you money!!

Purchased vehicle after trading personal vehicle to dealership that sold me car with major service problems. On July 18 I [redacted] traded my [redacted] van at [redacted] for a [redacted]. When I first test drove the vehicle a check engine light came on I brought the vehicle back to the dealership and told them about the light where they instructed me don't worry it will be fixed. After waiting for a few hours they finally got the check engine light off we proceeded with the transaction of me purchasing the vehicle. Later that night on my way home to Charlotte from Raleigh North Carolina the vehicle broke down on the highway and I had to call a friend to pick me up leaving the car sitting on the side of the road. Because it was Saturday closing time I wasn't able to get in contact with the dealership until Monday the next business day so the vehicle sat on the side of the road for two days. On Monday I called the dealership first thing in the morning and asked if I could get my [redacted] back. I spoke with the owner [redacted] and he told me no you cannot get your [redacted] back because it has been sold. He then says if it were here and available I would gladly give you your vehicle back but because your vehicle has sold I cannot give you back the [redacted]. He then advised that I bring the car in so if you can service it again I told him yes I will figure out a way to get the car back out there so it can be fixed. Later that week I had the car towed back to the dealership to be fixed and since it was going to take an extended amount of time the dealership gave me a temporary car to drive with a busted headlight. Finally two days later [redacted] called me and told me my vehicle is ready and I can come pick it up but he said it was going to cost me $311.42. I told him this isn't right I just purchased this vehicle I should not have to pay to fix it. So he goes on to tell me it is a used car with usedcars you may run into problems therefore you have to fix it. I argued with him for a moment and then realized I was getting nowhere so I ended up paying the money he wanted and getting my vehicle from him. Then on my way home from the shop in the [redacted] it broke down on me Aigan for the exact same problem that I just paid $311.42 to fix. I called [redacted] back and told him that the car has broken down again for the same problem. I rely on a reliable car for work and at this point I had already had to call out of work 2 times. So I payed to have the car towed back to his shop. This time I demanded my van back from [redacted]. He continued to tell me that the van is sold so I checked the website and I found my [redacted] posted for sale on his website. I mention that the [redacted] is posted for sale on his website and he tells me it is sold, still and a guy has paid for it but hasn't come pick it up yet. So [redacted] tells me he will trade the [redacted] for a [redacted] that's double in price. I did not want this car but at the time I desperately needed transportation if I wanted to keep my job. After having the [redacted] for a few days a weird vibration started to overtake the car. At this point I didn't want to talk to [redacted] anymore so I figured I could bite the bullet and fix it so I took the car to my local [redacted] dealership, where I thought, maybe it's simple. Not at all. After waiting just a little over 4 hours a tech came and spoke with me who informed me that this [redacted] is going to need a major repair done to the Transaxle and the cars hybrid battery and it can cost up to $8000.00 in repair costs. I immediately called [redacted] and he then handed me over to his sister,[redacted]. (Business Partner)(owner of Skyline Motors of Raleigh)[redacted] neglects to talk to me for over an hour and finally after she talks on the phone she made the decision to assist me. There was nothing on the lot I wanted other than my [redacted] so I requested that I get my Van. She then told me it's sold. I question her because it's sitting on her lot with a sale sticker. She tells its sold again so I tell her I want a good reliableDesired SettlementI would like to give the dealership back their [redacted] and obtain my [redacted] and go our separate ways. /////

I paid for a used car in full from skyline motors off of capital blv, and I never received my Tags or title I went to skyline motors off of capital blv, and put a down payment of $500.00 dollars 5/7/16 in order to hold the car for up to a week. I went back to skyline motors off of capital blv, 5/9/16 and paid the car off in full payment. I was given a 30 day temporary marker receipt and tags and was told when they receive the tags they would call me to pick them up. I did not pay for a warranty for the car and was told if anything is wrong with the car to bring it back to them and they would fix it no cost, Two days later the check engine light came on, disregarded the verbal agreement due to the fact that I knew I signed a no warranty as is sale. However I told them what happen and they told me to still bring the car in . I didn't bring my car to them due to my job. I still asked to received my tags and was told in order to receive my tags my car had to pass North Carolina registration and I needed to bring the car back in.Desired SettlementI need my Tags and title along with the reimbursement for getting my car to pass North Carolina state inspection Business Response customer brought vehicle in it was fixed as agreed left with her tags at the back of the car and dmv is responsible to send title in the mail to customer. customer happy problem solved.

Haven't had the car 30 days and front end is now on the ground. Dealership doesn't want to take any responsibility at all! My mother purchased her car( [redacted]) about 3 weeks ago from Skyline Motors of Raleigh,NC. She drives this car very minimal. On the way to church 5/29/15 her front end completely dropped. We had the car brought to our home where we noticed her spring perch is completely gone from her front right passenger side of the car. I called the dealership and spoke to [redacted] whom she had been in direct contact with before she purchased the car. [redacted] gave me the same bland dealership/ sales excuse of "Nothing was wrong before" crap! I even called the Mechanic Shop that does the inspections for Skyline Motors and the Service Manager said he was willing to help and that was more than what [redacted] even offered even if what the other guy said was a lie. This is such a bad business practice that I would not recommend them to anyone!Desired SettlementWe would like Skyline Motors to have this spring perch replaced.
