Where do I begin with this Client and there complaintThis Client was beyond unreasonable and unfortunately not truthful in the complaints made by themFor starters, they claimed our movers cracked a tile on their old home however this was fraudulent, the tile was cracked prior to our arrivalWe did make a few scuff marks and did cause a slight amount of damage to a desk that we tried to navigate down a very narrow staircase at there old home We went ahead and compensated the clients $for the desk, scuff marks and the tile even though it was roughly $in total damagesThe clients were extremely happy with that ( as they should since they pulled one over on us) and at the end of the job said we were the best moving company they have ever had and tipped our man crew $Then, two days later we get a call from them that there mattress and sofa is dirty in which they sent pictures of them to usOn the move day the sofa we pointed out was stained and dirty prior to moving it We were told not to worry about it was from there large dogs and it was already dirtyEven with all this, we still offered to have a professional cleaning company come out and clean the sofa and mattress that we knew was made by there pets but nonetheless as a company we decided to go above and beyond even take care of this for themThey denied our offer and demanded our workers that worked hours on there project that day return the tip they were givenWe felt this was totally wrong and unreasonable since there complaint was for dirt on there furniture and we offered to resolve the problem and the physical damage that we caused was already resolved and they we compensated for thatIn all my years of managing and owning a business, As a company,we went beyond to try and work with them to solve their claims and as an owner I do not think it is right to take away a tip that they already gave as a thank-you to our team for a job well done as they said to our team and is indicative by the large tipWe offered to resolve the problem, they refused and unfortunately the matter is closed

I am rejecting this response because:This business and their methods of providing service is undeniably immoralAlmost every sentence in this busines’s response is untrue to the highest regard If the entity is refusing to compensate us for the damage they caused far beyond a little dirt, we will hire an attorney to pursue the matter.Please post our negative review on the Revdex.com for future potential clients to read.Thank you.

arrival. We did make a few scuff marks and did cause a slight amount of damage to a desk that we tried to navigate down a very narrow staircase at there old home.  We went ahead and compensated the clients $300 for the desk, scuff marks and the tile even though it was roughly $100 in total damages. The clients were extremely happy with that ( as they should since they pulled one over on us) and at the end of the job said we were the best moving company they have ever had and tipped our 5 man crew $600. Then, two days later we get a call from them that there mattress and sofa is dirty in which they sent pictures of them to us. On the move day the sofa we pointed out was stained and dirty prior to moving it.  We were told not to worry about it was from there 3 large dogs and it was already dirty. Even with all this, we still offered to have a professional cleaning company come out and clean the sofa and mattress that we knew was made by there pets but nonetheless as a company we decided  to go above and beyond even take care of this for them. They denied our offer and demanded our workers that worked 10 hours on there project that day return the tip they were given. We felt this was totally wrong and unreasonable since there complaint was for dirt on there furniture and we offered to resolve the problem and the physical damage that we caused was already resolved and they we compensated for that. In all my years of managing and owning a business, . As a company,we went beyond to try and work with them to solve their claims and as an owner I do not think it is right to take away a tip that they already gave as a thank-you to our team for a job well done as they said to our team and is indicative by the large tip. We offered to resolve the problem, they refused and unfortunately the matter is closed.
