Thank you for your feedback regarding Skyline Networks’ servicesI understand that the internet has been slow and there have been issues with the dvr unit that was installed back in April We have since been to your apartment, have replaced the dvr, and re-aligned the dishes on the buildings
at Rylee Ann ApartmentsIf these issues have not been resolved to your satisfaction, please notify usWe strive to provide quality customer service and do our best to make our services work for each and every customerWe would be happy to return to your apartment and fix or adjust any settings to make this suitable to your needs

Our technician visited the customer’s residence and tested our equipmentInternet speeds were acceptable at 80xhardwired and 50xwirelessWhen we tested the internet speeds with the customer’s laptop, speeds were 25xThis shows that our equipment and internet service to the apartment is workingThere could possibly be a virus or some other issue with the customer’s laptopWe do offer computer support as an additional service for an additional chargeSkyline Networks is to provide internet service to the Rylee Ann Apartment complex which we have
The customer has agreed to keep the existing receiver and we asked her to record the channel and time when the lines come across her tv screen

Skyline has been working on the slow internet, and DVR issues for months at the Rylee Ann Apartment complex . It may get better for a day or two, then the same issues happen again.The property manager has complained to DISH and to Skyline with no results - the complex has a "Corporate" account.  They are 24 units in the "C" building. I've heard residents in the "A" building have complained also, The complex has two new buildings "D" and "E" - how many have complained in those buildings?It's Skyline's job to repair, fix or do whatever to fix the problems.
